〔試験例2〕茎葉処理による除草効果試験
縦21cm、横13cmのプラスチック製箱に殺菌した洪積土壌をいれ、スズメノカタビラ、ヒメムカシヨモギの種子及びショクヨウガヤツリの塊茎をそれぞれスポット状に植え、約1cm程度覆土した後、25ないし30℃の温室内において植物を育成した。20日間育成した後、配合例に準じて調製した水和剤を所定薬量となるように水で希釈し、茎葉部へ小型スプレーで均一に処理した。薬剤処理3週間後に、各植物に対する除草効果を試験例1の判定基準に従い調査した。結果を第2表に示す。

〔試験例3〕茎葉処理によるコウライシバへの薬害試験
縦15cm、横10cmのプラスチック製箱に殺菌した洪積土壌をいれ、市販の貼りシバ用のコウライシバを土壌表面に乗せ、25ないし30℃の温室内においてコウライシバを育成した。20日間育成した後、小型の芝刈り機で草丈1cm程度に刈り込んだ。その後さらに10日間育成後1cm程度に地上部を刈り込む事を3度繰り返した。最後の刈り込みから1日後に、配合例に準じて調製した水和剤を所定薬量となるように水で希釈し、茎葉部へ小型スプレーで均一に処理した。薬剤処理2週間後に、コウライシバに対する薬害を試験例1の判定基準に従い調査した。結果を第3表に示す。
