Abstract
【解決手段】 燃料噴射弁11から高オクタン価燃料を供給し、燃料噴射弁12から低オクタン価燃料を供給して、燃焼室1内の異なる部位(中心側と周辺側)に高オクタン価燃料と低オクタン価燃料を分布させる。圧縮上死点付近で、燃料噴射弁13から着火源燃料(低オクタン価燃料)を燃焼室1内に離散的に噴射し、運転条件に応じて噴射時期を異ならせることで、着火開始位置を制御する。低負荷時は、高オクタン価燃料に着火し、高負荷時は、低オクタン価燃料に着火する。

Claims (8)
- オクタン価の異なる複数の燃料を燃焼室内に供給し、これらの燃料を燃焼室内の異なる部位に分布させて燃焼を行う内燃機関において、
燃料の着火を開始させる着火トリガ装置を有し、機関運転条件に応じて前記着火トリガ装置による着火開始部位を切換えることを特徴とする内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。 - 前記着火トリガ装置による着火開始部位を、低負荷時はオクタン価の高い燃料が分布する部位とし、高負荷時はオクタン価の低い燃料が分布する部位とするよう切換制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。
- 燃焼室内に供給するオクタン価の異なる燃料のうち、オクタン価の高い燃料を燃焼室周辺側に分布させ、オクタン価の低い燃料を燃焼室中心側に分布させるように、燃焼室内に燃料供給を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。
- 燃焼室内に供給するオクタン価の異なる燃料のうち、オクタン価の高い燃料を燃焼室中心側に分布させ、オクタン価の低い燃料を燃焼室周辺側に分布させるように、燃焼室内に燃料供給を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。
- 前記着火トリガ装置は、着火源となる低オクタン価燃料を燃焼室中心側から離散的に燃焼室内に噴射する燃料噴射弁であり、
前記燃料噴射弁の噴射時期を調整することで、着火源となる低オクタン価燃料の分布位置を異ならせるように制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。 - 前記着火トリガ装置は、着火源となる低オクタン価燃料を燃焼室中心側から離散的に燃焼室内に噴射する燃料噴射弁であり、
機関の圧縮比を変更可能な可変圧縮比機構を備え、この可変圧縮比機構により圧縮比を調整して、前記燃料噴射弁の燃料噴射時の燃焼室内雰囲気圧力を調整することで、着火源となる低オクタン価燃料の分布位置を異ならせるように制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。 - 前記着火トリガ装置は、切換えられる着火開始部位のそれぞれ対応させて設けられた複数の点火プラグであり、機関運転条件に応じて選択的に用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。
- 前記着火トリガ装置は、燃焼室に噴孔を介して連通する副室と、副室内に充填された燃料に点火する点火プラグとを有して、前記噴孔から離散的に燃焼室内にトーチ状火炎を噴出させるものであり、
前記トーチ状火炎の貫徹力を調整して、着火開始位置を異ならせるように制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関の燃焼制御装置。
