Claims (3)
- 振れを検出する振動検出部材と、防振光学系を保持する保持部材と、該保持部材を光軸直交平面内で変位可能に弾性的に支持する弾性部材と、該弾性部材の弾性力に抗した駆動力を発生する駆動部と、該駆動部を駆動する駆動回路と、前記保持部材の位置制御をする制御回路と、温度を測定する温度測定部材と、前記保持部材の駆動方向の制動を行う粘性部材とを有し、前記制御回路は前記温度測定部材により得られた温度によって前記粘性部材の粘性変化を補償するために前記駆動回路の防振駆動制御特性を変更することを特徴する光学装置。
- 前記制御回路は前記駆動回路の防振駆動制御信号の位相を変更させることにより前記防振駆動制御特性を変更することを特徴とする請求項１に記載の光学装置。
- 前記制御回路は温度変化に応じた前記防振駆動制御信号の変更位相進み量のデータを有することを特徴とする請求項２に記載の光学装置。
