Abstract
【解決手段】使用者により操作される操作部材により授動機構を作動させ、この作動された授動機構により可動接片58〜60,61〜63を変形、復元させることによって、可動接片58〜60,61〜63が有した接点76〜78、79〜81を固定接点に接離させるスイッチ動作を行わせるようにしたものにおいて、可動接片58〜60,61〜63の接点76〜78、79〜81を、該可動接片58〜60,61〜63の一部を突起させる機械加工をすることにより形成するようにした。

Description
まず、図3及び図4には、自動車用など車両用のスイッチ装置を、操作部材であるレバー21の中間部を省略して示しており、基部22を、ボディ23(図4参照)を主体として、その前方(図4では上方)にアッパーカバー24を装着し、後方(図4では下方)にアンダーカバー25を装着して構成している。
なお、図3、図5、及び図6に示す、91はボディ23と一体に形成した端子部であり、前記固定接片33及び固定接点46〜51に連なる数の接続端子92を有している。
Claims (2)
- 使用者により操作される操作部材と、
この操作部材により作動される授動機構と、
この授動機構により変形、復元される可動接片と、
この可動接片が有する接点に対向してそれと接離する固定接点とを具備するものにおいて、
前記可動接片の接点を、該可動接片の一部を突起させる機械加工をすることにより形成したことを特徴とするスイッチ装置。 - 可動接片の接点を、該接点と固定接点との間に生じる転移現象の転移先側としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のスイッチ装置。
