また、この実施例では、操作部51はベッド本体11を固定している一対のベッド取付用支柱2それぞれに設け、1の操作ハンドル52によって同時に操作されるように設けている。

高さ調整スライダーに設けられ該スライダーの係止部とベッド取付用支柱との係止を解除可能な操作部と、ベッド本体の車両室内前方側下部に設置される操作ハンドルと、操作部及び操作ハンドルを連結し操作ハンドルが操作されることで操作部を作動可能な作動手段とからなることを特徴とするベッド高さ調整装置。
