Abstract
【解決手段】一体型ブレードローターを製造には、リングコンポーネントが、金属マトリックス複合材と、連続的に半径方向外方に面しているブレード円錐形表面とを含むリングコンポーネントと、エーロフォイルコンポーネントが、単一の単体材料片から作り出されており、複数の単体エーロフォイルブレードと、連続的に半径方向内方に面しているブレード円錐形表面とを含むエーロフォイルコンポーネントと、軸方向に加えられた溶接負荷を受けて、リングコンポーネントとエーロフォイルコンポーネントとを摩擦係合させて、それらのコンポーネントの間で円錐形表面に沿ってイナーシャ溶接を行うためのイナーシャ溶接手段とを含む。

Claims (7)
- (a)(i)少なくとも1つの金属マトリックス複合材と、(ii)連続的に半径方向外方に面している円錐形表面(24)と、を含むリングコンポーネント(20)と、
(b)単一の材料片から創出されており、かつ連続的に半径方向内方に面しているブレード円錐形表面(14)をさらに含むエーロフォイルコンポーネント(10)と
を含み、
(c)前記リングコンポーネント(20)および前記エーロフォイルコンポーネント(10)は、所定の動作パラメータの下でイナーシャ溶接手段によって前記円錐形表面(24)(14)に沿って互いに摩擦係合されている
ことを特徴とする一体型ブレードローター。 - 前記一体型ブレードローターの前記リングコンポーネント(20)は、前記ローターの回転中心線に対して円周方向かつ軸方向に延在し、少なくとも1つの補強ファイバー(22)は、前記リング(20)の内部に含まれ、さらに前記補強ファイバー(22)は、前記ローターの回転方向で円周方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項1記載のローター。
- 前記円周方向に配向されたファイバー(22)は、単一の連続繊維トウであることを特徴とする請求項2記載のローター。
- 前記円周方向に配向されたファイバー(22)は、前記リング(20)の内部で半径方向に配向された多重ファイバー層のスタックを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載のローター。
- 前記ファイバー層は、ランダムに、円周方向に、または層状に配置されたナノサイズのひげ状繊維を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載のローター。
- 前記エーロフォイルコンポーネント(10)の前記リングコンポーネント(20)への前記溶接に引き続いて、各エーロフォイルブレード(12)の基部まわりの大量の材料が除去されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のローター。
- 各円錐形表面(24)(14)の角度は、前記ローターの回転中心線に対して15度〜75度であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のローター。
