Abstract
【解決手段】血管内補綴の近位固定部材ステントリング208は、近位頂点と、遠位頂点と、前記近位頂点と前記遠位頂点の間に延びる支柱と、固定部材ピンとを含んでいる。支柱、近位頂点、および、遠位頂点は仮想上は円筒面を定める。近位頂点の1個ごとに、そこに隣接して1対の固定部材ピンが支柱に配置され、固定部材ピンは支柱の内側面から内向きに延びて、支柱を起点にして円筒面から放射方向外向きに突出する。固定部材ピンを内向きに配置することにより、近位固定部材ステントリングの搬送時断面形状が最小にすることができる。

Claims (25)
- 搬送システムであって、
スピンドルを備えており、前記スピンドルは、
スピンドル本体部と、前記スピンドル本体部から放射方向外向きに延びる複数のスピンドルピンを有しており、
前記搬送システムは、さらに、スリーブを有する先端部を備えており、前記スピンドルピンは、前記スピンドル本体部から前記スリーブに向かって延びており、
前記搬送システムは、さらに、複数のスピンドルピン固定部および複数の固定部材ピンを有する血管内補綴を備えており、
前記スピンドルピンは前記スピンドルピン固定部の中まで延びて、前記スリーブが前記固定部材ピンを放射方向に拘束するようになっている、
ことを特徴とする搬送システム。 - 前記先端部には管腔が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記搬送システムは管腔を有する内側管部材を更に備えており、前記先端部は前記内側管部材に取付けられており、前記内側管部材の管腔は前記先端部の前記管腔と流体連絡状態にあることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記先端部は先細り状の外側面を更に有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記先端部は主要鞘部材当接面を更に有しており、前記先細り状の外側面は前記主要鞘部材当接面よりも近位まで延びることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記主要鞘部材当接面には、前記搬送システムの長手方向軸線に直交する環状リングが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記スリーブは前記主要鞘部材当接面を起点に近位方向に延びることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記スリーブは外周面および内周面を有しており、前記スピンドル本体部は外周面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記スピンドル本体部の前記外周面を起点に延びる前記スピンドルピンの直径は、前記スリーブの前記内周面の直径に概ね等しいか、または、前記スリーブの前記内周面の直径よりも僅かに小さいことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記スピンドル本体部と前記スリーブの前記内周面との間に、環状空間が存在していることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記血管内補綴は前記管腔空間に近位固定部材ステントリングを更に有していることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の搬送システム。
- 請求項1に記載の搬送システムであって、
外側管部材を備え、前記スピンドルが前記外側管部材に取付けられており、
さらに、前記外側管部材および前記スピンドルの内部で、前記外側管部材および前記スピンドルの中を通って延びる内側管部材を備えており、
前記先端部は前記内側管部材に取付けられており、
前記内側管部材および前記先端部は、前記外側管部材および前記スピンドルに対して長手方向軸線の方向に移動させることができるようになっている、
ことを特徴とする搬送システム。 - 前記搬送システムは、前記内側管部材を前記外側管部材に対して前進させるための内側管作動部材を有するハンドルを更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記搬送システムは、前記外側管部材を被覆して前記鞘部材の周囲に配置される主要鞘部材を更に備えており、前記主要鞘部材は前記外側管部材および前記スピンドルに対して長手方向軸線の方向に移動させることができることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記搬送システムは、前記主要鞘部材を前記外側管部材に対して後退させるための主要鞘部材作動部材を有するハンドルを更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記主要鞘部材は前記血管内補綴を放射方向に圧縮させることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の搬送システム。
- 請求項1に記載の搬送システムであって、
前記血管内補綴は近位固定部材ステントリングを備えており、前記近位固定部材ステントリングは、
複数の近位頂点と、
複数の遠位頂点と、
前記近位頂点と前記遠位頂点の間に延びる複数の支柱とを有しており、
前記近位頂点の1個ごとに、そこに隣接した位置で1対の前記固定部材ピンが前記支柱に配置され、前記複数の近位頂点および前記複数の固定部材ピンが前記スピンドルピン固定部の外郭を定めている、
ことを特徴とする搬送システム。 - 前記固定部材ピンは、それぞれの遠位先端部から前記スリーブが外されて露出していることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記遠位先端部は鋭利な尖点であることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の搬送システム。
- 搬送システムであって、
スピンドルを備え、前記スピンドルは、スピンドル本体部と、前記スピンドル本体部から放射方向外向きに延びる複数のスピンドルピンとを有しており、
前記搬送システムは、さらに、スリーブを有する先端部を備えており、前記スピンドルピンは、前記スピンドル本体部から前記スリーブに向かって延びており、
前記搬送システムは、さらに、血管内補綴を備えており、
前記血管内補綴は、
移植片部材と、
移植片部材に取付けられている近位固定部材ステントリングと、
複数の固定部材ピンとを備えており、
近位固定部材ステントリングは、
複数の近位頂点と、
複数の遠位頂点と、
前記近位頂点と前記遠位頂点の間に延びる複数の支柱とを有しており、
前記近位頂点の1個ごとに、そこに隣接した位置で1対の固定部材ピンが前記支柱に配置され、前記複数の近位頂点および前記複数の固定部材ピンがスピンドルピン固定部の外郭を定めており、前記スピンドルピンは前記スピンドルピン固定部の中まで延びており、前記スリーブは前記固定部材ピンを放射方向に拘束している、
ことを特徴とする搬送システム。 - 血管内補綴を配備する方法であって、前記方法は、
血管内補綴の近位固定部材ステントリングの近位部を、先端部のスリーブとスピンドルとの間の環状空間内で放射方向に拘束する段階を含み、前記スピンドルのスピンドルピンが近位固定部材ステントリングのスピンドルピン固定部の中まで延びているとともに、スピンドルピン固定部の外郭は近位固定部材ステントリングの複数の近位頂点および複数の固定部材ピンによって定められており、
前記方法は、さらに、血管内補綴の移植片部材を主要鞘部材の内部で放射方向に拘束する段階を含み、移植片部材は近位固定部材ステントリングの遠位端に取付けられており、
前記方法は、さらに、近位鞘部材を後退させて、血管内補綴の少なくとも一部を配備状態にする段階と、
先端部を前進させて、近位固定部材ステントリングを配備する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記近位固定部材ステントリングを配備すると、近位段階部材ステントリングの前記固定部材ピンは血管壁に刺し通されることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 先端部を前進させる前記段階は、前記スリーブを移動させて前記スピンドルピンを露出させる段階を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記スピンドルピンを露出させることで、前記近位固定部材ステントリングの前記近位部を解放することを特徴とする、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記近位固定部材ステントリングは、拘束から解放されると自発的に拡張することを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の方法。
