Abstract
【解決手段】油圧ポンプ12と発電電動機13とをエンジン10によって駆動し、発電電動機13の発電機作用によってバッテリ20の充電を行うとともに、バッテリ電力により発電電動機13を駆動してエンジン10をアシストする。この構成を前提として、エンストまたはエンストに直結する運転状態としてエンジン10の目標回転速度と実際回転速度の偏差が設定値以上になったとき、及び燃料残量が設定値以下となったときに、アシスト作動停止/判断手段23の判断に基づいてエンジンアシスト作動を自動停止させるように構成した。

Claims (3)
- 油圧アクチュエータを駆動する油圧ポンプと、発電機作用と電動機作用を行う発電電動機とが共通の動力源としてのエンジンによって駆動され、上記発電電動機の発電機作用によって蓄電装置が充電されるとともに、この蓄電装置の電力により発電電動機が駆動されてエンジンをアシストする電動機作用を行うように構成されたハイブリッド作業機械において、上記発電電動機によるエンジンアシスト作動を制御する制御手段と、エンストまたはエンストに直結する運転状態を検出する運転状態検出手段とを具備し、制御手段は、上記運転状態検出手段によってエンストまたはこれに直結する運転状態が検出されたときに上記エンジンアシスト作動を停止させるように構成されたことを特徴とするハイブリッド作業機械。
- 運転状態検出手段として、エンジンの実際回転速度を検出するエンジン回転速度検出手段を備え、制御手段は、エンジンの目標回転速度と検出されたエンジン実際回転速度の偏差を求め、この偏差がエンストまたはこれに直結する値として予め設定された値以上となったときにエンジンアシスト作動を停止させるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド作業機械。
- 運転状態検出手段として、燃料の残量を検出する燃料検出手段を備え、エンストまたはこれに直結する燃料残量として予め設定された値以下となったときにエンジンアシスト作動を停止させるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド作業機械。
