Abstract
【解決手段】内筒12と外筒14との間に介設された弾性体16は、ポリウレタンフォームからなる第1弾性部20と、ゴムからなる第2弾性部22とで構成されている。第2弾性部22は、内筒12側に設けられて、空間部24を隔てて外筒14の内周面14Aと対向するストッパゴム部26を有し、第1弾性部20は、ストッパゴム部26の周方向Cにおける両側にて、外筒14に対して内筒12を支持するよう設けられている。

前記弾性体が、合成樹脂発泡体からなる第1弾性部と、ゴムからなる第2弾性部とを備えてなり、
前記第2弾性部は、前記軸部材側に設けられて、空間部を隔てて前記外筒の内周面と対向するストッパゴム部を有し、
前記第1弾性部は、前記ストッパゴム部の周方向における両側にて前記外筒に対して前記軸部材を支持するよう設けられたものである。

- 軸部材と、
前記軸部材を軸平行に取り囲む外筒と、
前記軸部材と前記外筒との間に介設された弾性体と、
を備える防振装置であって、
前記弾性体が、合成樹脂発泡体からなる第1弾性部と、ゴムからなる第2弾性部とを備えてなり、
前記第2弾性部は、前記軸部材側に設けられて、空間部を隔てて前記外筒の内周面と対向するストッパゴム部を有し、
前記第1弾性部は、前記ストッパゴム部の周方向における両側にて前記外筒に対して前記軸部材を支持するよう設けられた、
ことを特徴とする防振装置。 - 前記第2弾性部が、前記軸部材の外周に全周にわたって設けられ、
前記第2弾性部の外周面と前記外筒の内周面との間に前記第1弾性部が介設された
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の防振装置。 - 前記ストッパゴム部に対して前記軸部材を挟んで径方向に対向する周方向位置において、前記外筒の内周面に沿って第2ストッパゴム部が設けられた
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の防振装置。 - 前記合成樹脂発泡体がポリウレタンフォームである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置。
