Abstract
【解決手段】ワークを積載したトレイ200の搬送方向における浸炭ゾーン23の上流側に搬送方向に沿ってパージ室21及び昇温室22をこの順に配置し、リフト機構2、プッシャ3,4を設けた。リフト機構2は、昇温室22内でトレイ200を降下させる。プッシャ3は、トレイ200をパージ室21から昇温室22に向けて押圧する。プッシャ4は、トレイ200を昇温室22から浸炭ゾーン23に向けて押圧する。プッシャ4はプッシャ3の下方に配置した。

Claims (4)
- 搬送方向に沿って搬送中のワークに浸炭処理を施す浸炭ゾーンを備え、前記搬送方向における前記浸炭ゾーンの上流側に前記搬送方向に沿って配置された複数の領域を有する炉と、
前記複数の領域のうちで前記搬送方向の最も上流側の領域を除く領域内でワークを降下させる少なくとも1つのリフト機構と、
前記複数の領域のそれぞれでワークを前記搬送方向の下流側の領域又は前記浸炭ゾーンに押圧する複数のプッシャであって、前記搬送方向でのワークを押圧する位置が下流側にあるものほど下方に配置された複数のプッシャと、を備えた連続浸炭炉。 - 前記複数の領域における各領域間、及び前記複数の領域のうちで最も下流側の領域と前記浸炭ゾーンとの間のそれぞれを選択的に開閉する複数の中間扉をさらに備えた請求項1に記載の連続浸炭炉。
- 前記複数の領域は、前記搬送方向に沿ってこの順に配置された、外気から隔離されるパージ室と、ワークを前記浸炭処理時の浸炭温度より低温の予熱温度に加熱する昇温室と、からなり、
前記複数のプッシャは、前記パージ室へのワークの搬入及び前記パージ室から前記昇温室へのワークの搬送を行う第1のプッシャと、前記第1のプッシャの下方に配置されて前記昇温室から前記浸炭ゾーンにワークを搬送する第2のプッシャと、からなり、
前記リフト機構は、前記昇温室に配置され、ワークを降下させる請求項1又は2に記載の連続浸炭炉。 - 前記パージ室は、ワークに対する前処理を施す請求項3に記載の連続浸炭炉。
