Abstract
【解決手段】液体からの推進ガスの分離は、フィルタを用いてかつ表面張力を利用して行われる。ガス供給および取り出し装置4,5はタンク1の上部領域に配置され、かつ周囲側に配置されてタンクに向かって拡大する、バッフル板によって覆われる一列の開口部6,7,8,9を備える。開口部には、前後に交互に配置された金属シートが設けられる。開口部は、二重フィルタを介してガス供給および取り出し装置のハウジングの内部とそれぞれ結合され、この内部に、ハウジングの長手軸に対し並列に延在する別の金属シートが配置される。ガス供給および取り出し装置内に侵入する液体は、次の主推進段階の際にタンク内に戻されるまで、弾道段階中に貯蔵槽に貯蔵される。

Description
−燃料の加熱によって、燃料タンクから出てくる液体が気化される。この方法は、液体を気化するために高いエネルギ需要を必要とする。
−減圧の時点に燃料がガス出口に存在しないように行われる追加の加速が加えられる。このことにより、追加の駆動システムを用いた適切な加速が必要とされ、このことは、一般に比較的高価である。さらに、放圧の前にミッション特性の適合が必要である。
−高加速の段階(図2)、この段階はミッション段階を維持し、この段階中、主駆動装置12は点火しており、線形加速を生成する。この場合、液体は、図の右側部分に示されているようにタンクの下方領域にある。タンクが回転すると、液体はタンクの外側領域に溜まり、したがって、ガス供給および取り出し装置4、5に対する結合を有しない。この状況は、図の左側部分に示されている。
−最初に、すなわちミッションの開始時に、ロケットが地上にある場合、タンク1、2、したがって、ガス供給および取り出し装置4と5も、ほぼ液体で充填される。主駆動装置12の第1の点火中、貯蔵槽は空にされる。燃料取り出しのこの段階で、タンク1と2において、それぞれのガス供給および取り出し装置4、5を介して、ガスがタンク1と2に導入され、抽出された液体に代わってこのガスが置き換わる。第1の点火が終了すると、ガス供給および取り出し装置4または5の下方開口部9と10が、それぞれのタンクになお残る液体とは結合しないように、貯蔵槽は寸法決めされ、この結果、システムに液体は含まれない。
−例えば、衛星の展開中の(図3)低加速による弾道飛行段階、ここでは、液体は、タンク1または2内で無秩序な運動にあり、ガス供給および取り出し装置4または5の開口部9と10に時おり達することがある。

Claims (8)
- 搬送媒体として使用される推進ガスを有し、ならびに再充填可能な貯蔵槽の形態をした少なくとも1つのガス供給および取り出し装置を有する、スペースクラフトを動かすための極低温液体または貯蔵可能な燃料を貯蔵するためのタンクであって、フィルタを用いてかつ表面張力を利用して液体からの推進ガスの分離をもたらすタンクにおいて、
前記ガス供給および取り出し装置(4、5)が前記タンク(1、2)の上部領域に配置され、かつ略円筒形のハウジング(25)から構成され、当該ハウジングが、周囲側に配置されて前記タンク(1、2)に向かって拡大する、バッフル板(35)によって覆われた一列の開口部(6、7、8、9)と、少なくとも1つの出口に通じる取り出し管(29)とを備え、前記開口部(6、7、8、9)が、前後に交互に配置されかつ前記開口部(6、7、8、9)内に突出する金属シート(14)を備え、かつ二重フィルタ(16)を介して前記ハウジング(25)の内部と結合され、前記ハウジング(25)の内壁に、前記ハウジング(25)の長手軸に対し並列に延在する金属シート(24)が配置されることを特徴とするタンク。 - 前記ハウジング(25)の端部領域に分離室(27)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタンク。
- 前記分離室(27)の内部に螺旋状に形成されたフィルタ(30)が配置されることと、前記金属シート(24)の少なくとも1つが前記分離室(27)と結合していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタンク。
- 前記ラッパ状開口部(6、7、8、9)が、前記ハウジング(25)にほぼ接線方向に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記ハウジング(25)が局所的により大きな直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記タンクが、液体水素および液体酸素などの極低温液体を収容するために形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記タンクが、モノメチルヒドラジン(MMH)およびヒドラジン(N2H4)のような貯蔵可能な燃料を収容するために形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記タンクが、四酸化二窒素(N2O4)などの酸化剤を収容するために形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
