Abstract
【解決手段】超音波トランスデューサ(1)であって、トランスデューサ本体(2)と送受信回路基板(5)と接続手段(53a,53b)とを備える。トランスデューサ本体は、駆動パルスに応じた所定の超音波を発すると共に被検体(12)からの反射波を受波してエコー信号として出力する発振体(24)を有する。送受信回路基板は、駆動パルスを生成する機能及びエコー信号を増幅する機能を有すると共に、発振体に駆動パルスを出力する出力端子として、また発振体から出力されたエコー信号を入力する入力端子として機能する信号入出力端子(51a,51b)を有する。接続手段は発振体と信号入出力端子とを電気的に接続し、その長さは100/fmax〔cm〕以下とする。fmax〔MHz〕は発振体から発する超音波の使用最大周波数である。

Claims (6)
- 被検体(12)に対する超音波(S5)の投射源及び被検体(12)からの反射波の受信源となる超音波トランスデューサ(1)であって、
駆動パルス(S2)に応じた超音波(S5)を発すると共に被検体(12)からの反射波を受波してエコー信号(S3)として出力する発振体(24)を有するトランスデューサ本体(2)と、
駆動パルス(S2)を生成する機能及びエコー信号(S3)を増幅する機能を有すると共に、発振体(24)に駆動パルス(S2)を出力する出力端子として、また発振体(24)から出力されたエコー信号(S3)を入力する入力端子として機能する信号入出力端子(51a,51b)を有する送受信回路基板(5)と、
トランスデューサ本体(2)における発振体(24)と送受信回路基板(5)における信号入出力端子(51a,51b)との電気的な接続を行う接続手段(53a,53b、54a,54b)とを備え、
発振体(24)から発する超音波(S5)の使用最大周波数をfmax〔MHz〕として、接続手段(53a,53b、54a,54b)の長さを100/fmax〔cm〕以下に構成したことを特徴とする超音波トランスデューサ。 - 前記トランスデューサ本体(2)と前記送受信回路基板(5)とが一体となっている請求項1に記載の超音波トランスデューサ。
- 前記電気的な接続がハンダ(53a,53b)によりなされた請求項1または請求項2に記載の超音波トランスデューサ。
- 前記電気的な接続がリード線(54a,54b)によりなされた請求項1または請求項2に記載の超音波トランスデューサ。
- 前記電気的な接続が着脱自在なコネクタ(55、56)を介してなされた請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の超音波トランスデューサ。
- 水(W)中に浸された被検体(12)に対し当該水(W)を通して超音波(S5)を投射し、その反射波を受波し、そのエコー信号(S3)の波形に基づいて、被検体(12)内部の剥離や傷等の欠陥を検出する超音波探傷装置(10)に組み込まれている請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の超音波トランスデューサ。
