Abstract
【解決手段】この第2マフラー17Aは、カップ形状を有し、クランク軸を中心に第1マフラ吐出口16a,16bの位置から90度異なる方向に対称に配置され、第2マフラクランク軸孔17hから外方に向かう半円弧形状の切欠領域n1,n2を有している。

Description
図3から図5を参照して、ロータリー圧縮機の全体構成を説明する。なお、図3は、ロータリー圧縮機の全体構成を示す縦断面図であり、図4は、図3中のIV−IV線矢視断面図であり、図5は、マフラー内での圧縮気体の流れを模式的に示す図である。
圧縮要素4は、横断面形状が円形のシリンダ室9aを有するシリンダ9を有し、このシリンダ9の上下両面には、中央にボス状の軸受部12aを有するフロントヘッド12と、同じく中央にボス状の軸受部13aを有するリヤヘッド13とが複数本のスルーボルト(図示省略)で締結されることにより、シリンダ室9aを密閉状態としている。シリンダ9のシリンダ室9aにはピストン11が配置されている。このピストン11は、クランク軸7のローラ10によってシリンダ室9aに偏心配置されている。
駆動要素3は、ステータ5とロータ8とで構成された電動モータを備え、ステータ5はケーシング1の内壁面に固定支持されている。ロータ8はステータ5の内側に周方向に所定の隙間6をあけて同心円状に配置されている。ロータ8の内側にはクランク軸7の上半部分が軸心回りに回転一体に装着され、クランク軸7の下半部分はフロントヘッド12およびリヤヘッド13の両軸受部12a,13aに回転可能に嵌挿支持されている。フロントヘッド12に設けられた吐出ポート14には、板ばね状の吐出弁15が設けられ、圧縮気体のシリンダ室9aへの逆流を防止している。
フロントヘッド12の軸受部12a周りには、吐出ポート14を覆いクランク軸7を取り囲むように設けられる第1マフラー16と、第1マフラー16を覆いクランク軸7を取り囲むように設けられる第2マフラー17とが配設されている。このような2重マフラー構造を備えるロータリー圧縮機は、下記特許文献1(特開平5−133377号公報)に開示されている。
Claims (4)
- クランク軸(7)の回転にともない気体を圧縮する回転圧縮要素(4)と、前記回転圧縮要素(4)により圧縮された気体を吐出する吐出ポート(14)と、前記吐出ポート(14)を覆い前記クランク軸(7)を取り囲むように設けられるマフラー(17A)とを備える、ロータリー圧縮機であって、
前記マフラー(17A)には、前記クランク軸(7)を通過させるマフラクランク軸孔(17h)と、前記吐出ポート(14)から吐出された圧縮気体を、前記クランク軸(7)の外表側に向かって吐出させるためのマフラ吐出領域(n1,n2)とが設けられる、ロータリー圧縮機。 - 前記マフラ吐出領域は、前記マフラー(17)の平面視において、前記クランク軸孔(17h)から半径方向の外方に向かう切欠領域(n1,n2)である、請求項1に記載のロータリー圧縮機。
- 前記マフラーは、前記吐出ポート(14)を覆い前記クランク軸(7)を取り囲むように設けられる第1マフラー(16)と、前記第1マフラー(16)を覆い前記クランク軸(7)を取り囲むように設けられる第2マフラー(17A)とを有し、
前記第1マフラー(16)には、前記クランク軸(7)を通過させる第1マフラクランク軸孔(16h)と、第1マフラ吐出口(16a,16b)とが設けられ、
前記第2マフラー(17A)には、前記クランク軸(7)を通過させる第2マフラクランク軸孔(17h)と、前記クランク軸(7)の外表側に向かって吐出させるため、前記マフラ吐出領域(n1,n2)としての第2マフラ吐出領域(n1,n2)とが設けられる、請求項1または2に記載のロータリー圧縮機。 - 前記第1マフラ吐出口(16a,16b)は、前記クランク軸(7)を中心に前記吐出ポート(14)の位置から90度異なる方向に対称に配置され、
前記第2マフラ吐出領域(n1,n2)は、前記クランク軸(7)を中心に前記第1マフラ吐出口(16a,16b)の位置から90度異なる方向に対称に配置される、請求項3に記載のロータリー圧縮機。
