2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a hose pull-out faucet is known in which a water discharge head having a water discharge port can be drawn from a holder that holds the water discharge head together with a flexible hose connected thereto.
FIG. 5 shows one specific example.

In FIG. 5, 200 is a single lever type mixing faucet, 202 is a faucet body, and 204 is an operation lever provided on the upper part thereof.
In the mixing faucet 200, the temperature of water discharge is adjusted by rotating the operation lever 204 to the left and right, and the water discharge is started, stopped, and the amount of water is adjusted by rotating the operation lever 204 up and down.

A water discharge head 206 has a water discharge port 208, and a flexible hose 210 is connected to the water discharge head 206, and the water discharge head 206 can be pulled out from a water discharge tube base 212 as a holder together with the hose 210. Yes.
Here, the front surface 214 of the water discharge pipe base 212 on the side of the water discharge head 206 and the rear surface 220 of the water discharge head 206 on the side of the water discharge pipe base 212 are both flat surfaces perpendicular to the direction in which the water discharge head 206 is drawn. .

A cylindrical male fitting portion 216 that protrudes toward the water discharge head 206 is provided around the outlet of the hose 210 at a substantially central portion of the front surface 214 of the water discharge tube base 212. On the outer peripheral surface of the male fitting portion 216, that is, the male fitting surface, there is provided a male serration portion 218 having a concave-convex shape continuously along the circumferential direction as shown in FIGS. Yes.

On the other hand, the rear surface 220 of the water discharge head 206 is provided with a circular recess as a female fitting portion 222 inside a circular protrusion 221 having a low protrusion height that protrudes toward the water discharge tube base 212 at the corresponding position. Yes.
On the inner peripheral surface of the female fitting portion 222, that is, the female fitting surface, a female serration portion 224 having an uneven shape continuous in the circumferential direction is provided.

As shown in FIG. 5B, the outer peripheral edge 226 of the rear surface 220 of the water discharge head 206 is slightly protruded rearward, that is, toward the water discharge tube base 212 side.
In the water discharge head 206, the outer surface exposed to the outside in the pushed state (stored state) into the water discharge pipe base 212 is a plated surface (decorative surface) K 1 , and this plated surface is the outer peripheral edge 226 of the rear surface 220. Is continuous. In the figure, K 2 represents the plating surface of the outer peripheral edge 226.

In the mixing faucet 200, the water discharge head 206 is held by the water discharge pipe base 212 by pushing the water discharge head 206 together with the hose 210 toward the water discharge pipe base 212.
At this time, the male fitting portion 216 of the water discharge pipe base 212 is fitted into the female fitting portion 222 of the water discharge head 206, and the water discharge head 206 is fitted by the female fitting portion 222 and the male fitting portion 216. The water discharge pipe base 212 holds the housed state.

In the pushed-in state (stored state), the water discharge head 206 is restricted in rotation by meshing between the male serration portion 218 of the male fitting portion 216 and the female serration portion 224 of the female fitting portion 222.
That is, due to the engagement of the male serration portion 218 and the female serration portion 224, the water discharge head 206 is held by the water discharge tube base 212 in the intended direction.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 6, a slight gap S <b> 1 is generated between the outer peripheral edge 226 of the rear surface 220 of the water discharge head 206 and the front surface 214 of the water discharge tube base 212.
As is the gap S 1 is causing water discharge head 206 to the position corresponding to the front 214 of the protrusion 221 is water discharge pipe base 212 of the water discharge head 206 is pushed to the full, since the pre-protrusion height of the protrusion 221 is defined is there.
This is based on the following reason.

The outer peripheral edge portion 226 of the water discharge head 206 as described above, details are opposing surfaces is a plated surface K 2 with respect to the front surface of the water discharge pipe base 212, every time the plated surface K 2 is the pushing of the water discharge head 206 to the thus hit the front 214 of the water discharge pipe base 212, plated surface K 2 of the outer peripheral edge portion 226 is caused to peel off the plating. Therefore in order to prevent this, it's are as gap S 1 is generated when pushing the water discharge head 206.

By the way, in this mixing faucet 200, when a lateral force is applied to the water discharge head 206 in a state where the water discharge head 206 is pushed into the water discharge pipe base 212 (stored state), the male fitting portion 216 and the female fitting portion 222 are applied. The water discharge head 206 rattles due to a fitting clearance (fitting clearance) between the outer peripheral edge and the outer peripheral edge 226 hits the front surface 214 of the water discharge pipe base 212 in some cases.

Such rattling by Thus, the plated surface K 2 of the outer peripheral edge portion 226 impinges repeatedly on the front 214 of the water discharge pipe base 212, the problem of plated surface K 2 of the outer peripheral edge portion 226 will undergo peeling plating Arise.

On the other hand, in order to prevent such rattling, a fitting gap between the male fitting portion 216 and the female fitting portion 222, specifically, a fitting gap between the male serration portion 218 and the female serration portion 224 is made as much as possible. If it is made smaller, the sliding resistance between the male fitting portion 216 and the female fitting portion 222 becomes large and the slidability deteriorates. In particular, the female fitting portion of the water discharge head 206 is removed when the water discharge head 206 is detached. The operation when the male fitting portion 216 of the water discharge pipe base 212 is fitted to 222 and the water discharge head 206 is pushed to the storage position becomes difficult, and the usability of the water tap 200 is deteriorated.

Patent Document 1 below discloses that a protrusion is provided on the rear surface 220 of the water discharge head 206 and a concave portion corresponding to the front surface 214 of the water discharge pipe base portion 212, and these are fitted to each other.
However, the one disclosed in Patent Document 1 aims to restrict rotation by fitting the protrusions and the recesses in place of the rotation restriction by the serration portion, and is different from the present invention.

The present invention is based on the above situation, and a decorative surface such as a plating surface on the outer peripheral edge of the rear surface of the water discharge head hits the front surface on the holder side every time the water discharge head is attached or detached. A water discharge head pull-out type that can prevent the makeup of the outer peripheral edge from peeling off and make the attachment and detachment of the water discharge head well with good workability due to the rattling of the water discharge head under the pushing state. It was made for the purpose of providing a faucet.

Thus, according to the first aspect, the water discharge head having the water discharge port can be pulled out from the holder holding the water discharge head together with the flexible hose connected to the water discharge head. A male or female fitting portion is provided on the front surface on the water discharge head side and around the outlet of the hose, and a corresponding female or male fit is provided on the rear surface of the water discharge head facing the front surface on the holder side. In the water discharge head pull-out type faucet that is provided with a joint portion and is configured to hold the water discharge head by the holder by fitting of the fitting portions, the rear surface of the water discharge head and the rear surface of the water discharge head A stopper projection that hits the front surface of the holder in a state where the water discharge head is pushed into the holder side at a position between the outer peripheral edge portion and the female or male fitting portion of the water discharge head, and the outer peripheral edge portion. Prevents contact with the front of the holder Wherein the is provided in protrusion height.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, at least three of the stopper protrusions are distributed around the female or male fitting portion of the water discharge head.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first and second aspects, the stopper protrusion has a hemispherical tip surface.

Effects and effects of the invention

As described above, the present invention hits the front surface of the holder on the rear surface of the water discharge head and between the outer peripheral edge portion of the rear surface and the female or male fitting portion on the water discharge head side. Stopper projections are provided to prevent contact with the front surface.
According to the present invention, due to the stopper action of the stopper projection, the water discharge is caused by the fitting gap between each fitting part of the male or female fitting part on the holder side and the female or male fitting part on the water discharge head side. It is possible to effectively prevent or suppress the head from rattling due to external force. At least the outer peripheral edge of the rear surface of the water discharge head can be satisfactorily prevented from hitting the front surface of the holder.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to satisfactorily prevent the decorative surface such as the plating surface or the painted surface of the outer peripheral edge from being peeled off when the outer peripheral edge hits the front surface of the holder.

Further, in the present invention, since the makeup of the decorative surface of the outer peripheral edge can be prevented by the stopper action of the stopper projection, a sufficiently large fitting gap is secured between each fitting portion of the holder and the water discharge head. Therefore, it is possible to maintain good workability when the water discharge head is detached from the holder.

It is also possible to provide the stopper protrusion on the front surface of the holder so that the stopper protrusion is brought into contact with the rear surface of the water discharge head. In this case, when the water discharge head is pulled out of the holder, the stopper protrusion And the stopper protrusion causes a problem of impairing the appearance of the faucet.

On the other hand, in the present invention, since such a stopper projection is provided on the rear surface of the water discharge head, when the water discharge head is pulled out from the holder and used, the stopper projection does not enter the user's field of view and the faucet has a good appearance. The advantage that can be maintained is obtained.

In the present invention, it is desirable that at least three or more of the stopper protrusions are dispersed and arranged around the female or male fitting portion of the water discharge head.
In this way, the rear surface of the water discharge head can be applied to the front surface of the holder with a plurality of stopper protrusions (in a plurality of locations), and the water discharge head can be held in the holder more stably in the housed state. Shaking of the water discharge head can be prevented more effectively.

In this case, the opposing surface of the holder and the water discharge head, that is, the front surface of the holder and the rear surface of the water discharge head can be formed into a polygonal shape, and stopper protrusions can be arranged at corners near the inner periphery of the corners.
For example, the front and rear surfaces can be rectangular, and the stopper protrusions can be arranged at the four corners of the rear surface.

In the present invention, it is also desirable that the tip end surface of the stopper projection be hemispherical.
In this way, the stopper projection can be made to hit the front surface of the holder, and the hitting sound when the holder side is damaged or the stopper projection hits the front surface of the holder can be effectively reduced or prevented.

Reference numeral 16 denotes a water discharge head having a water discharge port 18. A flexible hose 20 is connected to the water discharge head 16, and the water discharge head 16 can be pulled out from a water discharge pipe base 22 as a holder together with the hose 20. Has been.

Here, the water discharge head 16 is held by the water discharge pipe base 22 in a state where the rear face 26 is overlapped in the front-rear drawing direction with respect to the front face 24 of the water discharge pipe base 22 in a holding state, that is, a pushed-in state by the water discharge pipe base 22. The
The front surface 24 of the water discharge pipe base 22 and the rear surface 26 of the water discharge head 16 are both flat surfaces perpendicular to the direction in which the water discharge head 16 is drawn.

On the male fitting surface, which is the outer peripheral surface of the male fitting portion 28, there is provided a male serration portion 30 that is continuously uneven along the circumferential direction.

On the other hand, on the rear surface 26 of the water discharge head 16, a female fitting portion 32 having a circular cross section is provided inside the circular protrusion 33 at a corresponding position.
On the female fitting surface, which is the inner circumferential surface of the female fitting portion 32, a female serration portion 34 having an uneven shape continuous in the circumferential direction is provided.

As shown in FIG. 3B, the outer peripheral edge 36 of the rear surface 26 of the water discharge head 16 is slightly protruded rearward, that is, toward the water discharge pipe base 22 side.
Water discharge head 16 is the outer surface being a plated surface K 1, also the out outer periphery 36 plated surface K 2 continuous with the plating surface K 1 only the rear surface 26.

In the mixed water tap 10, the water discharge head 16 is held by the water discharge pipe base 22 by pushing the water discharge head 16 together with the hose 20 toward the water discharge pipe base 22.
At this time, the male fitting portion 28 of the water discharge pipe base portion 22 is fitted into the female fitting portion 32 of the water discharge head 16, and the water discharge head 16 discharges due to the fitting of the male fitting portion 28 and the female fitting portion 32. The water tube base 22 is held in a pushed state.

The water discharge head 16 is restricted in rotation by engagement between the male serration portion 30 of the male fitting portion 28 and the female serration portion 34 of the female fitting portion 32 in the pushed state.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 4B, a gap S < b > 2 is generated between the outer peripheral edge portion 36 of the rear surface 26 of the water discharge head 16 and the front surface 24 of the water discharge tube base portion 22 by a stopper protrusion 38 described later.

In the present embodiment, the front surface 24 of the water discharge pipe base 22 and the rear surface 26 of the water discharge head 16 have the same surface shape and a substantially rectangular shape, and four corners on the outer peripheral side of the rear surface 26 on the water discharge head 16 side. Four stopper protrusions 38 that protrude rearward toward the front surface 24 of the water discharge pipe base 22 are provided at the inner corners of the corners of the peripheral edge 36.

These stopper projections 38 hit the front surface 24 of the water discharge pipe base 22 when the water discharge head 16 is pushed into the water discharge pipe base 22 and the water discharge head 16 is held by the water discharge pipe base 22 (stored state). The gap S 2 is secured between the outer peripheral edge 36 of the water discharge head 16 and the front surface 24 of the water discharge pipe base 22.
That is, in the present embodiment, the stopper protrusions 38 protrude from the rear surface 26 of the water discharge head 16 at a protruding height that forms a gap S 2 between the outer peripheral edge 36 and the front surface 24 of the water discharge pipe base 22. .

Note that the gap S 2 is larger than the gap S 1 in FIG. 6. Therefore, in the state in which the gap S 2 is generated, the protruding portion 33 around the female fitting portion 32 of the water discharge head 16 is the water discharge tube base 22. It will be in the state which left | separated from the front surface 24 slightly.
That is, in the present embodiment, the stopper protrusion 38 has a protruding height higher than that of the protruding portion 33.
However, the protrusion height of the stopper protrusion 38 and the protrusion height of the annular protrusion 33 can be the same.

In the present embodiment, the stopper protrusions 38 are provided at four locations separated by about 90 ° in the circumferential direction.
Each stopper projection 38 has a hemispherical tip surface, and is configured such that the front surface 24 of the water discharge pipe base portion 22 hits the point.

According to the present embodiment as described above, the water discharge head 16 is rattled by an external force due to the fitting gap between the male fitting portion 28 on the water discharge pipe base 22 side and the female fitting portion 32 on the water discharge head 16 side. Can be effectively prevented or suppressed. At least the outer peripheral edge 36 of the rear surface 26 of the water discharge head 16 can be satisfactorily prevented from hitting the front surface 24 of the water discharge pipe base 22.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible that the outer peripheral edge 36 by striking the front surface 24 of the water discharge pipe base 22, plated surface K 1 of the outer peripheral edge portion 36 is effectively prevented from being peeled plating.

On the other hand, a sufficiently large fitting gap can be secured between the male fitting portion 28 of the water discharge pipe base 22 and the female fitting portion 32 of the water discharge head 16, and therefore the water discharge head 16 is connected to the water discharge pipe. The workability at the time of detaching | desorbing with respect to the base 22 can be hold | maintained favorably.
Moreover, since the stopper protrusion 38 is provided on the rear surface 26 of the water discharge head 16, when the water discharge head 16 is pulled out from the water discharge pipe base portion 22, it can be avoided that a plurality of stopper protrusions 38 enter the user's field of view. The faucet of the faucet at the time can be kept well.

Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the four stopper protrusions 38 are arranged at the four corners close to the outer periphery of the rear surface 26 of the water discharge head 16, and therefore, the rear surface 26 of the water discharge head 16 is connected to the front surface 24 of the water discharge pipe base 22 by the plurality of stopper protrusions 38. The water discharge head 16 can be held in the water discharge pipe base 22 more stably in the pushed-in state, and rattling can be effectively prevented.

Further, since the tip end surface of the stopper projection 38 is hemispherical, the stopper projection 38 can be spotted against the front surface 24 of the water discharge pipe base 22 to prevent the water discharge pipe base 22 from being damaged or hit. Can be reduced or prevented.

Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above, this is merely an example.
For example, in the above embodiment, the male fitting portion is provided on the side of the water discharge pipe base 22 and the female fitting portion is provided on the side of the water discharge head 16, but conversely, for example, a tubular shape is provided on the side of the water discharge pipe base 22. It is also possible to form a female fitting portion on the inside of the protruding portion and a cylindrical protruding portion on the water discharge head 16 side to configure the protruding portion as a male fitting portion, Further, in the above embodiment, four stopper protrusions are provided, but the number can be changed as appropriate.
However, in the present invention, it is desirable that at least three or more stopper protrusions are distributed around the fitting portion of the water discharge head 16.

In the above embodiment, the male fitting portion and the female fitting portion are fitted in a state where the male serration portion and the female serration portion are engaged with each other, but these serration portions are not essential in the present invention. The water discharge head 16 can be restricted from rotating with respect to the water discharge pipe base 22 by other means, or can be rotated within a certain angle range.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the holder which consists of the water discharge pipe base 22 is integrally provided in the faucet main body, it is also possible to comprise a holder separately and to hold a water discharge head with the holder. The present invention can be configured in various forms without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
