サドルに腰掛けた状態で高さ調整が簡単に出来るように操作ボタンをサドル取付部に上昇用と下降用と別々に配置し、誤操作しないようにする。
持運びが簡単なように小型軽量化の構造とする。

以下、本発明の実施形態について説明する。
(イ).どの高さでも腰掛として使用出来るサドル14を外筒に取付け、電動モータ駆動ボールネジ3で任意の高さに昇降出来る。
