Abstract
【解決手段】円すいころ軸受1は内輪2と外輪3と円すいころ4と保持器5とからなり、ころ係数γが0.94を越え、内輪2、外輪3および円すいころ4の各表面に炭素含有量0.80重量%以上でロックウェル硬さHRC58以上の浸炭窒化層を形成し、浸炭窒化層の残留オーステナイト量を25〜35体積%とし、保持器5が円すいころ4の小端面側で連なった環状部6と円すいころ4の大端面側で連なった環状部7とこれらの環状部を連結する複数の柱部8とからなり、隣接する柱部8間に円すいころ4を収容するためのポケット9が画成してあり、柱部8の内径面の両側にころ4の転動面と接するテーパ面8aが形成してあり、テーパ面8aの幅方向の長さ寸法Lが、ころ4の平均直径の5%以上11%未満である。さらに、前記ポケットの窓角は55°以上80°以下である。

Claims (5)
- 内輪と、外輪と、内輪と外輪との間に転動自在に介在させた複数の円すいころと、円すいころを円周所定間隔に保持する保持器とからなり、
ころ係数γが0.94を越え、
内輪、外輪および円すいころの各表面に、炭素含有量0.80重量%以上で、かつ、ロックウェル硬さHRC58以上の浸炭窒化層を形成し、この浸炭窒化層の残留オーステナイト量を25〜35体積%とし、
前記保持器が、円すいころの小端面側で連なった環状部と、円すいころの大端面側で連なった環状部と、これらの環状部を連結する複数の柱部とからなり、隣接する柱部間に円すいころを収容するためのポケットが形成してあり、前記柱部の内径面の両側に前記ころの転動面と接するテーパ面が形成してあり、前記テーパ面の幅方向の長さ寸法が、前記ころの平均直径の5%以上11%未満である円すいころ軸受。 - 前記柱部の厚さ寸法が、前記円すいころの平均直径の5%以上17%未満である請求項1の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記ポケットの窓角が55°以上80°以下である請求項1または2の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器が機械的強度、耐油性および耐熱性に優れたエンジニアリング・プラスチックで形成してある請求項1から3のいずれか1項の円すいころ軸受。
- 自走車両の動力伝達軸を支持する請求項1から4のいずれか1項の円すいころ軸受。
