前記表示部又は前記ロック部材を弾性付勢することにより,前記開閉カバーの閉状態において前記ロック部材を前記ロック状態に保持させるとともに,前記開閉カバーの開状態において前記表示部の向きを前記開閉カバーの閉状態における向きと略同じ向きに保持させる弾性付勢手段と,
