Abstract
【解決手段】接続フランジ(1)と、それに固定可能な締付け部材、特に締付けリング(6)とを有し、接続フランジに対応づけられている軸端部(2)がスリップモーメントを吸収するブッシュを介在させて、前記締付けリング(6)によって摩擦結合で接続フランジ(1)と結合可能な、軸−ボス結合において、ブッシュ(4)を軸方向において多部材で形成する。

Description
図1に示す第1の実施例によれば、軸−ボス結合は接続フランジ1を有している。接続フランジ1の、軸端部2が進入している部分のみが図示されている。

Claims (5)
- 接続フランジ(1)であって、接続フランジ(1)と一体的に形成されているボス−スリーブ部材(3)を有し、該ボス−スリーブ部材(3)の半径方向の最も外周側の面が円錐状にされている接続フランジ(1)と、
締付け要素(6)であって、該締付け要素(6)を前記接続フランジ(1)に対して締めつけるためのボルトを螺合的に受容し、該締付け要素(6)の最も内周側の面が前記ボス−スリーブ部材(3)の円錐状の面と楔的に接合していて、前記接続フランジ(1)に進入された軸の軸端部(2)が、該楔的接合により、接続フランジ(1)に摩擦結合せしめられている、締付け要素(6)と、
前記ボス−スリーブ部材(3)と前記軸端部(2)の間に配置され、スリップモーメントを吸収するブッシュ(4)であって、軸方向に多部材で構成されているブッシュ(4)とを具備し、
前記ボス−スリーブ部材(3)が前記締付け要素(6)の締め付け作用を受けており、
前記ブッシュ(4)により吸収されるスリップモーメントのレベルを予め設定できる軸−ボス結合において、
前記ボス−スリーブ部材(3)は前記ブッシュ(4)の長さにわたって延びていることを特徴とする軸−ボス結合。 - 接続フランジ(1)と、
締付け要素(6)であって、前記接続フランジ(1)に対し取り付け可能であり、
前記接続フランジ(1)に進入された軸の軸端部(2)が、接続フランジ(1)に摩擦結合せしめられている、締付け要素(6)と、
ボス−スリーブ部材であって、円錐状の外周側表面を有し前記接続フランジ(1)に一体にされている第1部分(3.1)と、スリーブ形状のボスのコアとして前記軸端に対応するその他の部分(3.2)を有する多数の部分、より構成されている、ボス−スリーブ部材(3)と、
少なくとも2つのブッシュ(4)であって、半径方向で前記ボス−スリーブ部材(3)の前記第1部分(3.1)と前記第2部分(3.2)の中間に配置されスリップトルクを吸収し、前記軸端部(2)により画定された軸方向において、互いに当接している少なくとも2つのブッシュ(4)と、を具備し、
前記ボス−スリーブ部材(3)の前記第1部分(3.1)が、当接している少なくとも2つのブッシュ(4)の長さにわたって延びており、
前記ボス−スリーブ部材(3)が前記締付け要素(6)の締め付け作用を受けており、
前記ブッシュ(4)により吸収されるスリップモーメントのレベルを予め設定できる、
ことを特徴とする軸−ボス結合。 - 前記締付け要素(6)が締め付けリング(6)であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軸−ボス結合。
- 前記ブッシュ(4)は、ブロンズブッシュであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軸−ボス結合。
- 前記ブッシュ(4)は、内周側の滑り面にも、外周側の滑り面にも滑り層を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軸−ボス結合。
