Abstract
【解決手段】サンプルに単一のプローブを付着させ、サンプルを単一波長の光源で励起し、それによって光源からある距離において光を放出させることによって、自己蛍光を信号から分離することを可能にするシステム及び方法。放出された光はスプリットされ、スプリットされた光は2つ以上の別個のチャネル内に集められる。別個のチャネルの第1のチャネルは第2のチャネルよりも光源の近くに位置決めされ、第2のチャネルは第1のチャネルよりも単一プローブの放出周波数の近くにある。第1のチャネル内に集められた光及び第2のチャネル内に集められた光が調査され、調査に基づいて出力信号が生成される。

Claims (4)
- イメージング方法であって、
単一のプローブを付着させたサンプル上の経路に沿って単一の放射ビームを掃引させるステップと、
上記単一の放射ビームと上記サンプルとのビーム相互作用によって発生した光を集めるステップと、
上記集められた光をスプリットするステップと、
上記第1の集められた光を第1の光路に沿って伝送するステップであって、上記第1の光路は上記集められた光を選択された第1の出力領域へ伝え(channeling)、
上記第2の集められた光を第2の光路に沿って伝送するステップ、
を更に含み、上記第2の光路は上記集められた光を選択された第2の出力領域へ伝え、
上記第1の光を上記第1の出力領域において検出するステップと、
上記第2の光を上記第2の出力領域において検出するステップと、
上記第1の検出された光及び上記第2の検出された光を調査するステップと、
上記調査ステップに基づいて出力信号を得るステップと、
を更に含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 上記調査ステップは上記第1のチャネルの光信号の値を上記第2のチャネルの光信号の値から減算して残り信号値を求めるステップを含み、上記第2のチャネルの光信号の値が上記第1のチャネルの光信号の値よりも大きい時に上記第2のチャネルの残り信号値を使用してイメージを生成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記調査ステップは、上記比較ステップが上記第2のチャネル内の光値が上記第1のチャネル内の光値よりも大きいことを決定するときに、上記第1のチャネルの光信号の値と上記第2のチャネルの光信号の値を比較して上記第2のチャネル内の光値が所望の信号であることを決定するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 単一のプローブを付着させたサンプルをイメージングする走査イメージャであって、
上記単一のプローブで上記サンプルを支持するイメージャステージと、
上記イメージャステージ上の上記サンプルを見る近接入力開口、及び遠端出力開口を有する収集光路と、
上記入力開口に対して固定された相対位置(relative position)に配列され、上記入力開口のビューイング領域内の上記サンプル上に放射ビームを走査させる単一の走査放射源であって、上記放射ビームは上記サンプルと相互作用して光信号を発生させ、上記発生した光信号は上記入力開口によって受信され、上記収集光路を介して上記出力開口へ伝えられ、
上記収集チャネルからの光を受けてスプリットするように位置決めされている光スプリッタと、
上記スプリットされた光の第1の部分を受けるように構成されている第1の検出チャネルと、
上記スプリットされた光の第2の部分を受けるように構成されている第2の検出チャネルと、
上記第1の検出チャネル及び上記第2の検出チャネルに動作的に組合されているコンパレータまたは減算器の一方と、
上記コンパレータまたは減算器の動作に基づいてイメージを表示するように配列されているディスプレイと、
を更に含むことを特徴とするイメージャ。
