Abstract
【解決手段】鋼製の基材に焼入れを施してマルテンサイト組織からなる基材を製作し、上記基材の表面に、非晶質のNi−P合金からなる表面被覆層を形成し、上記基材に加熱処理を施すことでトルースタイト組織又はソルバイト組織に変えるとともに、前記表面被覆層をNiとNi3Pの共晶組織に変える。

Claims (13)
- 鋼製の基材に焼入れを施してマルテンサイト組織からなる基材を製作し、
上記基材の表面に、非晶質のNi−P合金からなる表面被覆層を形成し、
上記基材に加熱処理を施すことでトルースタイト組織又はソルバイト組織に変えるとともに、前記表面被覆層をNiとNi3Pの共晶組織に変えることを特徴とするガラス成形用金型の製造方法。 - 上記基材に含まれる炭素が0.3wt%以上2.7wt%以下、クロムが13wt%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス成形用金型の製造方法。
- 上記表面被覆層は、NiとP、NiとPとB又はNiとPとWを含む無電解めっきにより形成され、
上記加熱処理は、金型の使用温度よりも高い温度であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガラス成形用金型の製造方法。 - 上記加熱処理は、270℃以上で行われることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガラス成形用金型の製造方法。
- 鋼製の基材に焼入れを施した後にサブゼロ処理を施してマルテンサイト組織からなる基材を製作し、
上記基材の表面に、非晶質のNi−P合金からなる表面被覆層を形成し、
上記基材に加熱処理を施すことでトルースタイト組織又はソルバイト組織に変えるとともに、前記表面被覆層をNiとNi3Pの共晶組織に変えることを特徴とするガラス成形用金型の製造方法。 - 上記基材に含まれる炭素が0.3wt%以上2.7wt%以下、クロムが13wt%以下であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のガラス成形用金型の製造方法。

上記基材の表面に、非晶質のNi−P合金からなる表面被覆層を形成し、
上記基材に加熱処理を施すことでトルースタイト組織又はソルバイト組織に変えるとともに、前記表面被覆層をNiとNi3Pの共晶組織に変えることを特徴とするガラス成形用金型の製造方法。 - 上記基材に含まれる炭素が0.3wt%以上2.7wt%以下、クロムが13wt%以下であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガラス成形用金型の製造方法。
- 上記基材の焼戻し温度が350℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のガラス成形用金型の製造方法。
- 上記表面被覆層は、NiとP、NiとPとB又はNiとPとWを含む無電解めっきにより形成され、
上記加熱処理は、金型の使用温度よりも高い温度であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のガラス成形用金型の製造方法。 - 上記加熱処理は、270℃以上で行われることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のガラス成形用金型の製造方法。
