Abstract
【解決手段】 ターボファンエンジン(10)内の複数の回転機械間で機械トルクを可変伝達するシステム。2つのデバイスが使用される。第1デバイスは、遊星磁気ギアボックス(50)の磁気特性に依存して磁気機械を連結する。第2デバイスは、磁気機械間でトルク伝達を可変制御するために使用される。システムは、ターボファンエンジン(10)内において異なる速度で回転している回転シャフト(52、54)を連結して動力を制御可能に伝達する。システム内で動力を伝達するために、固定ギア比は、遊星磁気ギアボックス(50)へ相対的に高速および低速のエンジンシャフト(52、54)を連結することによって得られる。

Claims (10)
- ターボファンエンジン(10)内において発電機(58)に動力を供給するために高圧スプール(52)と低圧スプール(54)とを可変連結するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
第1入力部分(62)、第2入力部分(64)、および出力シャフトを有する差動ギア部分(50)と、
独立して回転可能な内側ロータ部分(112)と独立して回転可能な外側ロータ部分(114)とを有し、前記内側ロータ部分(112)は、前記高圧スプール(52)および前記低圧スプール(54)の中の1つと連結され、前記外側部分(114)は、前記別のスプール(52、54)と連結され、前記高圧スプール(52)と前記低圧スプール(54)との間でトルクを伝達できる電磁可変動力伝達装置(110)と、
前記電磁可変動力伝達装置(110)と平行して前記高圧スプール(52)と前記低圧スプール(54)との間に連結されている前記差動ギア部分(50)と、
前記出力シャフトに機械的に連結された前記発電機(58)と、
を含み、
前記差動ギア部分(50)は、前記高圧スプール(52)の回転速度と、前記低圧スプール(54)の回転速度と、前記発電機(50)を駆動するための前記出力シャフトの出力速度とを均等にできるように配置されており、さらに前記EVT(110)は、前記低圧スプール(54)から前記高圧スプール(52)へ動力を制御可能に連結できるように配置されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記高圧スプール(52)は前記第1入力部分(62)に連結され、前記低圧スプール(54)は前記第2入力部分(64)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記低圧スプール(54)は前記第1入力部分(62)に連結され、前記高圧スプール(52)は前記第2入力部分(64)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記差動ギア部分(50)は遊星ギアボックスであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記差動ギア部分(50)はオープン差動ギアボックスであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記差動ギア部分(50)は差動制限装置すなわちトルセン差動装置であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記差動ギア部分(50)は少なくとも1つの粘性連結を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 発電機(58)に動力を供給するために、ターボファンエンジン(10)の高圧スプール(52)および低圧スプール(54)を可変連結するための方法であって、前記方法は、
差動ギア部分(50)および電磁可変動力伝達装置(110)を提供するステップと、
前記電磁可変動力伝達装置(110)に前記高圧スプール(52)および前記低圧スプール(54)を連結するステップと、
前記EVT(110)を介して前記高圧スプール(52)と前記低圧スプール(54)との間でトルクを制御可能に伝達するステップと、
前記電磁可変動力伝達装置(110)と平行に、前記高圧スプール(52)と前記低圧スプール(54)との間に前記差動ギア部分(50)を連結するステップと、
前記高圧スプール(52)の回転速度と、前記低圧スプール(54)の回転速度と、前記差動ギア部分(50)の出力シャフトの出力速度とを均等化するステップと、
前記発電機(58)を前記出力シャフトに機械連結することによって前記発電機(58)を駆動するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 入力速度比の所定比率に基づいて負荷に対して動力伝達比を構成するステップも含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記HPおよびLPスプール(52、54)の中の1つに対する所定の選択にしたがって、前記LPまたはHPスプール(54、52)の中の1つから別のスプール(54、52)へトルクを連結するステップも含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
