Abstract
【解決手段】ガス化炉1の砂層2に助燃材を吹き込むだけの簡単な装置である砂層バーナ4を設置することにより、消費電力や設備コストの増加を抑えつつ、砂層バーナ4で吹き込んだ助燃材が着火して砂層温度を適切な温度に維持できるようにしたのである。

Claims (4)
- 廃棄物の焼却処理を行う流動床式ガス化溶融炉において、ガス化炉の炉底部の流動床を形成する砂層に助燃材を吹き込む砂層バーナを設置したことを特徴とする流動床式ガス化溶融炉。
- 前記砂層バーナが、前記助燃材を噴霧するノズルとその外周を覆うスリーブを有しており、前記砂層を流動させる流動空気を、前記砂層バーナのスリーブとノズルとの間に通して砂層に吹き込むようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流動床式ガス化溶融炉。
- 前記流動空気が、前記砂層に吹き込まれる前に予熱されたものであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流動床式ガス化溶融炉。
- 前記砂層バーナに、前記助燃材の着火を検出する火炎検出器を付帯したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の流動床式ガス化溶融炉。
