Abstract
【解決手段】有機無機ハイブリッドガラス状物質の作成法において、R1 nSi(OR2)4−n(R1は有機基、R2は炭素数1〜5のアルキル基、nは1〜2)で表されるオルガノアルコキシシランの重縮合物と有機ポリマーを溶媒内で混合し、さらにそれらの混合物に対して、架橋剤兼相容化剤となるフルオレン化合物を混合した後、溶媒留去することによって、有機無機ハイブリッドガラス状物質を作成する方法。

Description
(オルガノアルコキシシランの重縮合物の合成)
シリカアルコキシドとしてフェニルトリエトキシシランとジフェニルジエトキシシランを用いて,混合工程として、フェニルトリエトキシラン7.2g(30mmol)とジフェニルジエトキシシラン19.04g(70mmol)を水90g(5mol)、エタノール87.4g(1.9mol)、触媒である酢酸を0.6g(10mmol)の混合溶液中に撹拌しながら滴下し、反応工程として60℃で3時間加熱することにより加水分解させた後、150℃に上げ、溶融させながら5時間加熱することにより部分重縮合を行った。このオルガノアルコキシシランの重縮合物の軟化点は151℃であった。
(比較例1)
実施例1で合成した、シリカ重縮合物のみを使用した以外は、実施例1と同様の操作で試供体を作製し、評価した結果、硬度試験において、細かく割れてしまった。
(比較例2)
BHEPF無添加であること以外は、実験例1と同様の仕込み比及び実験条件で反応及び成型を行った結果、相容性が得られず、白濁固体を得た。
表1からわかるように、本発明の実施例のものは、可視光透過率85%以上、軟化温度が100〜200℃であり、硬度の点からも光学材料への応用が十分可能なものであった。これに対して、比較例のものは、硬度が低い、着色しているなどの問題があった。
Claims (4)
- 有機無機ハイブリッドガラス状物質の作成法において、R1 nSi(OR2)4−n(R1は有機基、R2は炭素数1〜5のアルキル基、nは1〜2)で表されるオルガノアルコキシシランの重縮合物と有機ポリマーを溶媒内で混合し、さらにそれらの混合物に対して、架橋剤兼相容化剤となるフルオレン化合物を混合した後、溶媒留去することによって、有機無機ハイブリッドガラス状物質を作成する方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により作成した有機無機ハイブリッドガラス状物質。
- JIS R3106による可視光線透過率が厚さ2mmに対して85%以上を有する請求項2に記載の低融点有機無機ハイブリッドガラス状物質。
- 軟化温度が100℃から200℃であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の有機無機ハイブリッドガラス状物質。
