Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、生体に電流を流して生体インピーダンスを測定する生体インピーダンス測定回路において、入力される方形波に基づいて擬似正弦波を発生する擬似正弦波発生回路(122)と、擬似正弦波発生回路(122)で発生した擬似正弦波に応じた電流を生体に出力する電圧電流変換回路(123)と、方形波を生成し、擬似正弦波発生回路(122)に供給するとともに、電圧電流変換回路(123)の出力電圧に基づいて生体インピーダンスを測定する処理回路(121)とを有し、擬似正弦波発生回路(122)は半導体集積回路に搭載されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 生体に電流を流して生体インピーダンスを測定する生体インピーダンス測定回路において、
入力される方形波に基づいて擬似正弦波を発生する擬似正弦波発生回路と、
前記擬似正弦波発生回路で発生した擬似正弦波に応じた電流を生体に出力する電圧電流変換回路と、
前記方形波を生成し、前記擬似正弦波発生回路に供給するとともに、前記電圧電流変換回路の出力電圧に基づいて前記生体インピーダンスを測定する処理回路とを有し、
擬似正弦波発生回路は、半導体集積回路に搭載されていることを特徴とする体脂肪測定回路。 - 前記擬似正弦波回路は、発生した擬似正弦波をスムージングし、前記電圧電流変換回路に供給するフィルタを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の生体インピーダンス測定回路。
- 前記処理回路及び前記擬似正弦波発生回路並びに前記電圧電流変換回路が1チップの半導体集積回路に搭載されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の生体インピーダンス測定回路。
- 前記擬似正弦波発生回路及び前記電圧電流変換回路が1チップの半導体集積回路に搭載されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の生体インピーダンス測定回路。
- 前記擬似正弦波発生回路は、電源電圧を分圧する複数の抵抗と、
前記複数の抵抗で分圧された電圧を選択する複数のスイッチング素子と、
前記方形波に基づいて前記スイッチング素子をスイッチング制御して前記複数の抵抗で分圧された電圧を順次に選択するコントローラとを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項記載の生体インピーダンス測定回路。
