Abstract
【解決手段】電気ケーブル(2)用の傾斜した大電流電気コネクタ(1)は、特に車両内においてリセプタクルコネクタへ又はリセプタクルコネクタから電気出力を伝送するための電気コネクタである。この電気コネクタは、ハウジング本体(110)と、ハウジング本体に取付け可能であるハウジングカバー(140)とからなる分割されたハウジング(100)を具備する。ハウジング本体の差込み領域(111)はリセプタクルコネクタと接続可能であり、電気ケーブルが固定可能な位置でハウジングカバーのケーブル領域(141)に対して傾斜している。

Claims (14)
- 電気ケーブル用の傾斜した大電流電気コネクタであって、リセプタクルコネクタへ又は該リセプタクルコネクタから電気出力を伝送するための電気コネクタにおいて、
ハウジング本体、及び該ハウジング本体に取付け可能であるハウジングカバーを有する分割されたハウジングと、
前記リセプタクルコネクタと接続可能であり、前記電気ケーブルが固定可能な位置で前記ハウジングカバーのケーブル領域に対して傾斜する、前記ハウジング本体の差込み領域と
を具備することを特徴とする電気コネクタ。 - 前記ハウジング本体の前記差込み領域は、前記電気ケーブルと電気的に接続された少なくとも1本の内部導体要素を収容可能であり、
該内部導体要素は、該内部導体要素の長手方向の延長部にほぼ沿って延びる電磁シールドにより囲まれることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記電気コネクタの前記電磁シールドは、前記電気ケーブルのシールド導体と電気的に接続可能であり、
前記電磁シールドは、前記電気ケーブル及び前記内部導体要素の接続部を取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記電気ケーブルの傾斜した先端部は、前記電気コネクタの組立後の前記ハウジングに収容可能であり、
前記ハウジング内の前記電気ケーブルの傾斜部における電磁シールドは、2部品に分割されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。 - 傾斜した前記内部導体要素は、前記電気コネクタの組立後の前記ハウジング内に収容可能であり、
前記ハウジング内の前記内部導体要素の傾斜部における電磁シールドは、2部品に分割されており、
前記電気ケーブルは、前記内部導体要素で実装部から離れた直線状に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記組立後のハウジング内で、前記内部導体要素が取り付けられた前記電気ケーブル用の電磁シールドが前記電磁シールドの傾斜部のみにおいて少なくとも2部品に分割されているか、前記電磁シールドが、前記電気ケーブルとの電気的接続部から前記内部導体要素の中間又は先端部付近の部分までの全長にわたって少なくとも2部品に分割されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記電磁シールドと、前記電気ケーブル又は前記内部導体要素との間に、前記電磁シールド内で前記電気ケーブル又は前記内部導体要素を案内するプラスチック製の着座部が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記着座部は2部品に分割されており、
該2部品の着座部の分割面は、2部品の前記電磁シールドの分割面内にあることを特徴とする請求項7記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記電磁シールドの前記2部品は互いに圧着され、
前記2部品の着座部の各々は前記電磁シールドの一部内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のうちいずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記ハウジングカバーは、前記内部導体要素及び前記電磁シールドが取り付けられた前記電気ケーブルの挿入のための開口を具備し、
前記ハウジング本体は、前記組立後の電気ケーブルの先端部を受容するための開口を具備し、
前記ハウジングカバーの前記開口の平面は、前記ハウジング本体の前記開口の平面に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のうちいずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記ハウジングカバーは前記ハウジング本体内に部分的に挿入可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のうちいずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記差込み領域から前記ハウジング本体のケーブル領域まで延びると共に前記電気ケーブルの前記内部導体要素が前記ケーブル領域から挿入される溝を、絶縁スリーブが外被状に取り囲み、
該外被状の絶縁スリーブを取り囲む支持スリーブが、前記差込み領域で前記絶縁スリーブと、及び前記ケーブル領域で前記ハウジング本体と機械的に接続されており、
前記絶縁スリーブ及び前記支持スリーブ間にキャビティが形成され、該キャビティ内に前記電磁シールドの先端部が挿入可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のうちいずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記電気コネクタが前記リセプタクルコネクタと電気的に接続される際に前記リセプタクルコネクタのシールド要素と接触するように設計され、第2ばねコンタクトを有すると共に前記支持スリーブ上に載置されたシールドと、
前記支持スリーブの開口であって、前記シールドに設けられた第1ばねコンタクト又は前記電磁シールドが前記開口を通って突出すると共に前記電磁シールド又は前記シールドと電気的に接触するよう設計された開口と
をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のうちいずれか1項記載の電気コネクタ。 - 請求項1ないし13のうちいずれか1項記載の傾斜した大電流電気コネクタと、
該傾斜した大電流電気コネクタ用のリセプタクルコネクタと
を具備することを特徴とする電気コネクタ組立体。
