Abstract
【解決手段】コントロールバルブ16は、ドライブポンプ12から作動流体の供給を受ける第1グループの複数のスプールとアイドルポンプ13から作動流体の供給を受ける第2グループの複数のスプールとを内蔵する。電磁切換弁装置27は、第1の圧力スイッチ28によるスプール作動検出時は第2グループのツール制御用スプール16at2のパイロットラインを連通状態に切換えるとともに、第2の圧力スイッチ29によるスプール作動検出時は第1グループのツール制御用スプール16at1のパイロットラインを連通状態に切換える。

Claims (4)
- 第1のポンプから作動流体の供給を受ける第1グループの複数のスプールと第2のポンプから作動流体の供給を受ける第2グループの複数のスプールとを内蔵し、第1グループの特定スプールおよび第2グループの特定スプールを経て特定アクチュエータに作動流体を供給可能であり、第1グループの他のスプールを経て第1アクチュエータに作動流体を供給可能であり、第2グループの他のスプールを経て第2アクチュエータに作動流体を供給可能であるコントロールバルブと、
コントロールバルブの各スプールをパイロットラインを介してパイロット操作するパイロットバルブと、
コントロールバルブの第1グループの他のスプールの作動を検出する第1の検出器と、
コントロールバルブの第2グループの他のスプールの作動を検出する第2の検出器と、
第1の検出器によるスプール作動検出時は第2グループの特定スプールのパイロットラインを遮断状態から連通状態に切換えるとともに、第2の検出器によるスプール作動検出時は第1グループの特定スプールのパイロットラインを遮断状態から連通状態に切換える電磁切換弁装置と
を具備したことを特徴とする流体圧回路。 - 電磁切換弁装置は、第1グループの特定スプールの両端に接続された2本のパイロットラインと、第2グループの特定スプールの両端に接続された2本のパイロットラインとにそれぞれ対応する4個の電磁切換弁を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の流体圧回路。 - 電磁切換弁は、入力電気信号に応じて変位する電磁比例弁である
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の流体圧回路。 - 第1アクチュエータは、作業機械における作業装置のブームを作動するブームシリンダであり、
第2アクチュエータは、ブームの先端に連結されたスティックを作動するスティックシリンダであり、
特定アクチュエータは、スティックの先端に連結されたアタッチメントツールを作動するツール用アクチュエータである
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか記載の流体圧回路。
