Abstract
【解決手段】金属部10の外周において、樹脂部11を軸方向に配向させた。一般に、樹脂の配向方向の寸法安定性は、配向方向と直交する方向よりも優れている。従って、このように樹脂部11を軸方向に配向させることで、軸受部材9の軸方向の寸法安定性の向上を図ることができる。

Claims (3)
- 軸部材と、内周に軸部材を挿入した金属部と、金属部を内周に保持した樹脂部とを備え、軸部材の外周面と金属部の内周面との間に形成されるラジアル軸受隙間の潤滑膜で軸部材を回転可能に支持する流体軸受装置において、
樹脂部が金属部の外周で軸方向に配向されていることを特徴とする流体軸受装置。 - 樹脂部を、金属部をインサート部品とした射出成型で形成した請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- 樹脂部を、成形収縮により内周面が拡径する樹脂材料で形成した請求項2記載の流体軸受装置。
