Claims (8)
- ガラス粉末と、蛍光体粉末とからなる蛍光体複合材料であって、前記ガラス粉末が、SnO−P2O5−B2O3系ガラスであることを特徴とする蛍光体複合材料。
- SnO−P2O5−B2O3系ガラスが、B2O3を1〜30モル%含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の蛍光体複合材料。
- SnO−P2O5−B2O3系ガラスが、モル比で、SnO/P2O5 0.9〜16であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の蛍光体複合材料。
- SnO−P2O5−B2O3系ガラスが、モル百分率で、SnO 35〜80%、P2O5 5〜40%、B2O3 1〜30%、Al2O3 0〜10%、SiO2 0〜10%、Li2O 0〜10%、Na2O 0〜10%、K2O 0〜10%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜10%、MgO 0〜10%、CaO 0〜10%、SrO 0〜10%、BaO 0〜10%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 0〜10%、SnO/P2O5 0.9〜16であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の蛍光体複合材料。
- SnO−P2O5−B2O3系ガラスが、400℃以下の軟化点を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の蛍光体複合材料。
- 前記ガラス粉末と前記蛍光体粉末の混合割合(ガラス粉末:蛍光体粉末)が、質量比で99.99:0.01〜70:30の範囲であることを特徴とする請求1〜5のいずれかに記載の蛍光体複合材料。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の蛍光体複合材料を焼成してなることを特徴とする蛍光体複合部材。
- 300〜500nmの波長の光を可視光に変換することを特徴とする請求項7記載の蛍光体複合部材。
