Abstract

Description

中空の内部および管状の壁を有する第2の部材(3)とを備え、第2の部材は全長を調節するために軸方向に第1の部材内で摺動可能であり、
少なくとも第1の部材(2)または第2の部材(3)はその壁にアクセス開口(6,9)を備え、開口(6,9)の大きさは開口を通して内部に骨移植片を挿入するために適合され、
長さ調節構造(15,19,20)は、第1の部材(2)に対して第2の部材(3)を入れ子式にするためのツール(30)と係合可能であり、
軸方向長さを固定するためのロッキング構造(10,11,12)が設けられ、
アクセス開口、長さ調節構造およびロッキング構造は、スペーサの同一の側からアクセス可能であるように配置される、スペーサ。 - 第1の部材(2)および第2の部材(3)の各々はアクセス開口を備える、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。

- 長さ調節構造は、第1の部材(2)の壁に軸方向に延在する細長い開口(15)を備え、第2の部材(3)の壁にツールとの係合のための構造(19,20)を備える、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のスペーサ。
- 構造(19,20)は、細長い開口と重なる穴を備える、請求項8に記載のスペーサ。
- 少なくとも第1または第2の部材は、骨移植片を導入できないようにアクセス開口よりも小さな複数の第2の開口(16,18,19,20)を壁に備える、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のスペーサ。
