Abstract
【解決手段】上基板1や下基板2の上電極5や下電極6と、配線基板8の上配線パターン9や下配線パターン10の接着接続箇所近傍に、感熱変色部15を設けることによって、感熱変色部15の色から、配線基板8の接着接続時に、所定の温度で加熱加圧が行われたかどうかを容易に確認できるため、製作が容易で、電気的接離の確実なタッチパネルを得ることができる。

Description
図1は本発明の一実施の形態によるタッチパネルの要部断面図、図2は同平面図であり、同図において、1はポリエチレンテレフタレートやポリカーボネート等のフィルム状で光透過性の上基板、2はガラスまたはアクリル、ポリカーボネート等の光透過性の下基板で、上基板1の下面には酸化インジウム錫や酸化錫等の光透過性の上導電層3が、下基板2の上面には同じく下導電層4が、スパッタ法等によって各々形成されている。

Claims (1)
- 下面に上導電層及びこの上導電層の両端から延出する上電極が形成された光透過性の上基板と、上面に上記上導電層と所定の間隙を空けて対向する下導電層、及びこの下導電層の上記上導電層とは直交方向の両端から延出する下電極が形成された光透過性の下基板と、上面または下面の少なくとも一方に形成された複数の配線パターンの端部が、異方導電接着剤によって上記上電極及び上記下電極の端部に接着接続された配線基板からなり、上記接着接続箇所の近傍に感熱変色部を設けたタッチパネル。
