Abstract
【解決手段】表示面に対して平面に配列されている複数のランプ33と、該ランプの上部に順次配置された拡散シート37及び拡散板35と、これら拡散板35及び拡散シート37のうち前記ランプ33と対向する少なくとも一方の面に形成され、前記ランプの中央部分では光を分散させ、前記ランプと隣接するランプとの境界部分では光を集中させるドットパターンと、が備えられたことを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- 表示面に対して平面に配列されている複数のランプと、
該ランプの上部に順次配置された拡散シート及び拡散板と、
前記拡散板及び拡散シートのうち前記ランプと対向する少なくとも一方の面に形成され、前記ランプの中央部分では光を分散させ、前記ランプと隣接するランプとの境界部分では光を集中させるドットパターン
、を備えたことを特徴とする直下型バックライトユニット。 - 前記ランプと前記拡散板間の距離は10mm以下になるように配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直下型バックライトユニット。
- 前記ドットパターンは、
前記ランプの中央部分で光を分散させる第1ドットパターンを有する主ドットパターン部と、
前記ランプと隣接するランプとの境界部分で光を集中させる第2ドットパターンを有する副ドットパターン部
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直下型バックライトユニット。 - 前記第1ドットパターンは前記第2ドットパターンに比べて相対的にパターンの大きさとパターンの間隔が大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の直下型バックライトユニット。
- 前記第1ドットパターンの大きさAは0.65mm≦A≦0.85mmであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の直下型バックライトユニット。
- 前記第2ドットパターンの大きさBは0.15mm≦B≦0.30mmであることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の直下型バックライトユニット。
- 前記第1ドットパターン間の間隔Cは0.75mm≦C≦0.85mmであることを特徴とする請求項4から6までのいずれか1項に記載の直下型バックライトユニット。
- 前記ランプは蛍光ランプ又はLEDであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直下型バックライトユニット。
- 前記ドットパターンは円形又は菱形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直下型バックライトユニット。
- 直下型バックライトユニットにおいて平面に配列されている複数のランプの上部に配置される拡散板の製造方法において、前記ランプと対向する前記拡散板の一面にプリントを行って前記ランプの中央部分では光を分散させ、前記ランプと隣接するランプとの境界部分では光を集中させるドットパターンを形成することを特徴とする直下型バックライトユニットの拡散板の製造方法。
- 前記ドットパターンはホワイトインクと透明インクとを配合して形成することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の直下型バックライトユニットの拡散板の製造方法。
- 前記ドットパターンは前記透明インクと前記ホワイトインクとの配合比率を2:1〜3:1に維持して形成することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の直下型バックライトユニットの拡散板の製造方法。
