Abstract
Description
配位子101を用いた白金錯体301を合成した。
実施例1で合成した錯体301を出発物質に錯体302を合成した。
配位子101を持つイリジウム錯体202の合成法及び物性に関して説明する。
実施例1及び2で合成した白金錯体301と302を発光材料に用いた実施例である。本実施例では、素子構成として有機層が3層の素子を使用した。
白金錯体302を発光ドーパントに用い、ホスト材料として高分子EL材料であるPVKを用いた。
Claims (5)
- 陽極と陰極と、該陽極と該陰極の間に配置される有機化合物層とを有する有機発光素子において、前記有機化合物層が請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の金属錯体を含むことを特徴とする有機発光素子。
- 発光ピーク波長が500nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の有機発光素子。
