Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、窒素酸化物の還元に役立つ触媒の再生の間のごみ焼却プラントにおける煙道ガスを精製するための方法であって、該方法は、
第一工程において、酸性の汚染ガスを、湿潤法又は乾燥法によって煙道ガスから除去すること、第二工程において、窒素酸化物を還元させるために、アンモニアを前記第一工程で精製された煙道ガスに添加すること、第三工程において、アンモニアと混合した煙道ガスを触媒(ここで、触媒は制御された加熱速度において再生のために加熱される。)に供給し、アンモニアを分離することからなり、
第二工程で添加するアンモニアの量及び第三工程の加熱速度は、精製された煙道ガスが含むアンモニアの群から選択される汚染ガスの量によって制御されるところの方法に関する。

Description
後、脱窒素のために触媒と接触させることからなる煙道ガスの精製方法を記載している。触媒は、280ないし450℃の温度において定期的に再生され、再生された触媒単位は分離される。精製された排ガスは煙突に入る。結果として、熱再生において放出された汚染物質は大気中に出すことができる。
I 6NO+4NH3→5N2+6H2O
II 6NO2+8NH3→7N2+12H2O
副反応 III SO2+0.5O2→SO3
二次反応 IV SO3+NH3+H2O→NH4HSO4
二次反応 V SO3+2NH3+H2O→(NH4)2SO4
うな方法において選択される。さもなくば、サイクル時間は、汚れの程度に相当する精製された煙道ガス中のSO2の総排出量に適合され得、ここで、安全マージン(即ち、理論的に必要とされるよりもより短い間隔)も選択される。比較的多くの乾燥添加剤を使用し、約5mg/m3N(N=0℃/1013ミリバール)のSO2を分離する場合でさえも、再生が最後の2000操作時間後に必要とされるため、2000−3000操作時間後の活性損失は防止され得ない。

Claims (9)
- 窒素酸化物の還元に役立つ触媒の再生の間のごみ焼却プラントにおける煙道ガスを精製するための方法であって、該方法は、
ごみ処理を行っている間に
a)酸性の汚染ガスを、湿潤法、半乾燥法又は乾燥法によって煙道ガスから除去すること、
b)窒素酸化物を還元させるために、アンモニアを前記工程a)で精製された煙道ガスに添加すること、
c)触媒を制御された加熱速度において再生のために加熱しながら、アンモニアと混合した工程b)からの煙道ガスを触媒に供給し、アンモニアを分離すること、
からなり、
工程b)で添加するアンモニアの量及び工程c)の加熱速度は、工程c)に従って精製された煙道ガスが含むアンモニア及び窒素酸化物の群から選択される統御変量(command variable)の濃度によって制御されるところの方法。 - 前記触媒が280℃以上、好ましくは300ないし350℃、特に好ましくは320℃まで加熱される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が3ないし8時間、好ましくは5ないし6時間にわたり加熱される請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が1分当り0.5ないし1℃の加熱速度で加熱される請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が、スチーム又は電流によって加熱可能な放熱器又は加熱エレメントによって、又は、適当ならばスチーム又は空気からなるホットキャリヤーガスによって、直接又は間接的に加熱される請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリヤーガスがバーナーの過剰な空気によって形成される請求項5に記載の方法。
- 工程a)において、前記酸性の汚染ガスが水酸化カルシウム、アルカリ金属炭酸塩又はアルカリ土類金属炭酸塩、及び炭酸水素塩からなる群から選択される乾燥添加剤を添加し、その後、濾過することによって除去される請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程a)において、前記酸性の汚染ガスが湿潤洗浄によって除去される請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の方法を行うための機器であって、乾燥添加剤のための注入装置(55)、フィルター(60)、還元剤のための注入装置(65)及び触媒(70)を有し、これらは、筐体(50)の中に配置され、そして煙道ガスは注入口(80)を通して該筐体中に供給され、該煙道ガスは触媒と接触した後、清浄ガス管路(95)に供給され得、ここで、該清浄ガス管路(95)がアンモニア及び窒素酸化物の群から選択される統御変量の濃度を測定する装置(100)を有するところの機器。
