複数のワークが保管されるトレイから目的のワークを把持し移載するピッキング装置であって、前記ワークの側面に当接して把持する複数の爪部材と、前記爪部材を開閉する開閉手段と、前記爪部材により把持したワークを昇降させる昇降手段と、前記爪部材により目的のワークを把持して引き上げる際に、前記目的のワークの周辺に存在する他のワークに前記目的のワークの引き上げ方向と逆方向の付勢力を印加する払い落とし部材を有するピッキング装置において、
前記払い落とし部材の前記ワークと接触する端面にショットブラスト処理を施し、その上にテフロン(登録商標)加工を施すことを特徴とするピッキング装置。
