Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor in which the length of a conveying part for vertically conveying articles is minimized and an installation space is largely reduced.
SOLUTION: This conveyor comprises a pair of external drive chains 1 and a pair of internal drive chains 2 endlessly running at the same speed as the external drive chain 1. The front end both sides of a flexible deck 6 are supportedly connected to the external drive chains 1, and the rear end both sides are supportedly connected to the internal drive chains 2. The drive chain 2 connected to the rear end of the deck 6 is first vertically run to form a first independent vertical running part S2. The drive chain 1 connected to the front end of the deck 6 is then vertically run to form a second independent vertical running part S3. A vertical conveying part V1 vertically operating the deck 6 while supporting it horizontally is formed between the first and second independent vertical running parts. A first parallel horizontal running part S1 is formed at the lower end of the vertical conveying part to form a loading end, and a second parallel horizontal running part S6 is formed at the upper end of the vertical conveying part to form an unloading end.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

又物品が斜めになり、滑りや転倒を生じ易い。
However, the above-described inclined conveyor requires a relatively long conveyor to transport articles to a predetermined height, and requires an excessive installation space.
In addition, the article becomes slanted and easily slips and falls.
