Abstract
【解決手段】(A)(a)エポキシ基含有(メタ)アクリレート、(b)重合性不飽和結合を1個有する非シリコーン系の重合性単量体、(c)シロキサン構造含有(メタ)アクリレート及び(d)水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレートを含む単量体が共重合した共重合体中のエポキシ基の少なくとも一部に対して不飽和カルボン酸を反応させて得られるアクリル系重合体と、(B)重合性不飽和結合を有する重合性単量体と、(C)ラジカル重合開始剤と、を含有する樹脂組成物。

使用機器:日立L−6000型((株)日立製作所製)
カラム :ゲルパックGL−R420+ゲルパックGL−R430+ゲルパックGL−R440(計3本)(いずれも日立化成工業(株)製、商品名)
溶離液 :テトラヒドロフラン
測定温度:40℃
流量 :1.75ml/min.
検出器 :L−3300RI((株)日立製作所製)
製造例1
反応容器中にトルエン101重量部を入れ、窒素ガス雰囲気下、0.15MPa(1.5kgf/cm2)の加圧条件で攪拌しながら140℃まで加熱し、その状態で、下記表1記載の組成を有する重合性単量体組成物114重量部を2時間かけて均一に滴下した。
重合性単量体組成物の組成を、下記表1に記載した組成に変えたこと以外は製造例1と同様の工程を経てアクリル系重合体を得た。
GMA:グリシジルメタクリレート、ライトエステルG、共栄社化学株式会社製
MMA:メチルメタクリレート、和光純薬工業株式会社製
TM−0701T:3−メタクリロキシプロピルトリス(トリメチルシロキシ)シラン、チッソ株式会社製
X−24−8201:片末端メタクリル変性シリコーンオイル、信越化学工業株式会社製
パーヘキシルD:ジ−t−ヘキシルパーオキシド、日本油脂株式会社製
HEMA:2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート、ライトエステルHO、共栄社化学株式会社製
製造例1で得たアクリル系重合体50重量部、ラウリルアクリレート(ライトアクリレートLA、共栄社化学株式会社製)50重量部、過酸化ラウロイル(パーロイルL、日本油脂株式会社製)0.5重量部及びt−ブチルパーオキシ−2−エチルヘキサノエート(パーブチルI、日本油脂株式会社製)0.5重量部を常温で混合して、樹脂組成物を調整した。
製造例2〜10から得られたアクリル系重合体を使用して、実施例1と同様に、下記表2に示す組成を有する樹脂組成物を調製し、それを用いて3mm及び1mm厚の板状の硬化物を得た。

各実施例及び各比較例で得られた硬化物の機械特性及び光学特性を以下に示す方法で測定した。
3mm厚の板状の硬化物から20×50mmのサイズの試験片を切り出し、三点曲げ試験装置を用いてJIS−K−6911に準拠した3点支持による曲げ試験を行い、下記式(I)から曲げ強度を算出した。支点間距離は24mm、クロスヘッド移動速度は0.5mm/分、測定温度は室温(25℃)及び半導体パッケージ実装時のリフロー温度に近い250℃で行った。
パッケージの実装信頼性
1mm厚の試験片の透過スペクトルを分光光度計を用いて測定し、400nmにおける透過率を求めた。また、得られた透過スペクトルから標準光Cの場合の三刺激値X、Y、Zを求め、下記式により黄変度(YI)を算出した。透過率及び黄変度は、硬化後(初期)に加えて、耐熱変色性の評価として150℃で72時間加熱した後(高温放置後)の試験片についても測定した。
Claims (7)
- (A)(a)エポキシ基含有(メタ)アクリレート、(b)重合性不飽和結合を1個有する非シリコーン系の重合性単量体、(c)シロキサン構造含有(メタ)アクリレート及び(d)水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレートを含む単量体が共重合した共重合体中のエポキシ基の少なくとも一部に対して不飽和カルボン酸を反応させて得られるアクリル系重合体と、
(B)重合性不飽和結合を有する重合性単量体と、
(C)ラジカル重合開始剤と、を含有する樹脂組成物。 - 前記共重合体が、当該共重合体中の全単量体単位を基準として、(a)エポキシ基含有(メタ)アクリレート10〜65モル%、(b)重合性単量体20〜75モル%、(c)シロキサン構造含有(メタ)アクリレート10〜65モル%及び(d)水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレート5〜60モル%の共重合比で共重合した共重合体である、請求項1記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記共重合体中のエポキシ基に対して反応させる不飽和カルボン酸のカルボキシル基の当量比が、前記共重合体中のエポキシ基の当量に対して0.95〜1.1である、請求項1又は2記載の樹脂組成物。
- (a)エポキシ基含有(メタ)アクリレートがグリシジル(メタ)アクリレートである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜6いずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物を硬化した硬化物からなる光学部材。
