Description

The present invention relates to an LED lighting device for a ceiling T-bar that is attached to a ceiling and illuminates a room.

Conventionally, incandescent lamps, ceiling-exposed fluorescent lamps, and ceiling-embedded fluorescent lamps have been used as lighting fixtures that are attached to the ceiling to illuminate a room.
Incandescent lamps have been used for a long time since the old days because of their ease of installation and atmosphere, but there were problems with their lifetime, high-temperature heat generation, and brightness against current consumption. For this reason, fluorescent lamp luminaires are used in most homes and offices.
Among these lighting fixtures, an embedded fluorescent lamp lighting fixture (for example, Patent Document 1) attached directly to the ceiling has an advantage that the ceiling space can be felt widely as shown in FIG. The ceiling board opening corresponding to the fluorescent lamp base fixture b and the base opening c are incorporated, and a heavy power supply part d such as a ballast or an inverter circuit is required. It must be supported directly on the bar e or hung with bolts f etc. in the space behind the ceiling, and since it is heavy, the construction work is a set of two people, and further, with a stabilizer d etc. Heat generation was not negligible and was a cooling load for air conditioning.
In recent years, a ceiling T-bar system is often used as the ceiling structure as seen in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 and FIGS. 14 and 15. In this ceiling T-bar system, an elongated T-bar e having an inverted T-shaped cross section is stretched around the ceiling, and two rows of double T-bars are arranged at intervals of 2 to 5 cm, and the air-conditioning inlet h and air-conditioning outlet are arranged. i is formed, and the ceiling board g etc. is locked and placed on the inverted T-shaped edge, and the ceiling board / lighting is placed on the edge of about 5-15mm protruding horizontally from a pair of inverted T bars.・ Since the T-bar is lightweight and narrow just by locking and mounting the air-conditioning outlet, etc., there are fewer anchor bolts for supporting from the ceiling, making installation easier and completing in a short period of time. Since it can simplify ceiling construction, it is often used in various buildings.

By the way, a non-white LED having a small calorific value and good luminous efficiency has been developed, and as disclosed in Patent Document 2, a flat EL element is used for small-scale lighting such as an interior lamp. As disclosed in Document 3, it is used as a small-scale nightlight, but a ceiling LED lighting apparatus used in a normal room has not been put to practical use. However, recently, an illumination white power LED lamp having a luminous efficiency of 70 lm / W and a luminous flux of 245 lm has been developed, and it has become possible to provide LED lighting fixtures for ceilings used in ordinary rooms.
Moreover, in the ceiling T-bar system having the above-described ceiling structure, two sets of double T-bars that form air-conditioning inlets or outlets at intervals of about 2.5 to 5 cm are spanned, but fluorescent lamps, etc. 14 and 15, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, even if the folding T-bar is lightweight and narrow, in addition to the T-bar, an anchor bolt or a supporting device is separately provided from the ceiling. 2) was installed, and lighting fixtures such as fluorescent lamps and air-conditioning outlets were installed, and the construction was troublesome.
JP-A-5-89714 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-281603 Utility Model Registration No. 311280

[Mounting fixing part]
As shown in FIG. 6, the vertical wall 122 on both sides of the long base member 12 of the LED lighting device 1 is provided with a mounting fixing portion for attaching the LED lighting device 1 to the double T bars 23 in two parallel rows. An inverted L-shaped groove 232 is formed at the upper end of the cross-sectional shape of the pair of T-bars 23, 23, and the mounting and fixing portion is provided with long and rod-like elastic members 17a, 17b extending upward. This elastic member 17a 17b is engaged with two fixing holes 123 and 124 (see FIGS. 3 and 4) so as not to rotate with respect to the vertical wall 122, and the elastic members 17a and 17b are bent slightly, and the upper ends 172 of the elastic members 17a and 17b are The LED lighting device 1 is pressed against the upper surface of the edge 231 and engaged with the groove portion 232 of the T bar 23 to be fixed.
In this embodiment, the elastic members 17a and 17b are rod-shaped. However, the elastic members 17a and 17b may be plate-shaped, and the point is that the LED lighting device 1 can be pressed and fixed, and the lower ends of the elastic members 17a and 17b. As the fixing means, screws, eyelets, adhesives, or the like may be used.

[Power supply unit]
The DC power supply 4 that supplies power to the socket 18, the plug 16, and the light emitter 11 of the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 7.
The light emitter 11 according to the present invention is an assembly of a plurality of LEDs, and the applied voltage can be changed by arranging the LEDs in parallel, in series, or a combination circuit configuration thereof. In this embodiment, the light emitter having an optimum operating voltage of DC12V is used. Using.
As shown in the block diagram shown in FIG. 7, the DC power supply device 4 for supplying power to the light emitter receives a commercial AC 100V power supply via a switch 41, and transforms 100V to about 18V by a transformer 42. Is rectified to a direct current by a diode bridge 43, smoothed by a large-capacitance capacitor 44, and a desired DC constant voltage of 7V to 15V is supplied by a power supply stabilization circuit of a three-terminal regulator IC 45. The voltage at is set to DC12V.

As described above, the LED lighting device for the ceiling T-bar of Example 1 is smaller and lighter than the fluorescent lamp having the same brightness. Therefore, the parallel two-row double T-bar forming the conventional air-conditioning inlet or outlet is used. The LED lighting device can be placed on the front and the fluorescent lamps can be removed so that the ceiling design can be made clean, the ceiling can be finished beautifully, and the LED lighting device 1 can be attached to the T-bar with one touch. Because it is lightweight and compact, it is easy to install, and even one worker can install it. Furthermore, because LEDs generate less heat than light, the cooling load on the air conditioning is reduced, and the lighting itself The power consumption and the air conditioning power consumption can be reduced.

Next, as a second embodiment, a T-bar LED illumination device of a ceiling T-bar system using a partitioning T-bar will be described.
[Ceiling T Bar System]
As shown in FIG. 8, the ceiling T-bar system used in the second embodiment has a T-bar 21 in a horizontal direction and a double-T bar 23 in a vertical direction in a substantially square section, and a partitioning T-bar in the center. As shown in FIG. 9, the upper end portion 255 of the partitioning T-bar 25 is supported on the ceiling base portion by a support tool 256 (see FIG. 10), and two parallel double rows. A narrow air conditioning inlet 34 and an air outlet 36 are provided in the gap between the T bars 23, 23.
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the partitioning T-bar 25 has an inverted T-shaped cross-sectional shape on the ceiling lower surface side, and has an edge 251 protruding horizontally from the inverted T-bar. Used to place the ceiling board 31 and other equipment. In the longitudinal direction of the bottom surface facing the ceiling, a U-shaped groove 252 that opens oppositely is provided, and a partition fixing bolt groove 253 extending in the longitudinal direction is provided in the center, and this fixing bolt groove 253 is provided. Can be bolted together at any position, usually for instruments that should be secured to the ceiling. A power cord through hole 254 that penetrates to the outside is provided in the back side wall of the fixing bolt groove 253, and the through hole 254 opens above the ceiling board 31, and the power cord 15 and the plug 16 of the LED lighting device 1 are opened. Is connected to a socket 18 to which a DC power supply is supplied.

[Lighting device]
As shown in FIGS. 10-12, the structure different from Example 1 of the LED illuminating device 1 of Example 2 does not have the vertical wall 122 in Example 1, the upper surface of the base member 12 is flat, The attachment means is not an elastic member, and the base of the long thin illuminating device 1 made of an LED light emitter is formed in the U-shaped groove 252 that opens oppositely on the lower surface of the edge 251 at both ends of the partitioning T-bar 25. The flat side portion 125 of the member 12 is inserted and fixed. The fixing means includes bolts 5 inserted into bolt locking portions 19 at both ends of the lighting device 1 and engaged with the fixing bolt grooves 253 to be stopped. The fixing means of the LED lighting device 1 may be a one-touch fixing tool such as another known snap fastener.
Further, the power cord 15 of the LED lighting device 1 is inserted into the bolt groove 253 opened at both ends of the partitioning T bar 25 from the side, and from the power cord through hole 254 of the partitioning T bar 25 at a predetermined position. It goes out and is connected to the socket 18 of the DC power supply. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, and thus the description thereof is omitted.
