Abstract
【解決手段】 入力のゼロクロス点を検出するゼロクロス検出回路1bと、トライアックQ1をオンさせる駆動電圧を生成し、オン期間中は駆動電圧を与え続けるDCトリガ方式の位相制御を行う制御回路1aと、照明負荷Laの目標輝度レベルのデータを格納した目標輝度レジスタ1cと、照明負荷Laの最小輝度レベルのデータを格納した最小輝度レジスタ1dと、確定モードと設定モードとを切り替えるモード切替部1fとを備え、制御回路1aは、設定モード時に、最小輝度レベルのデータを最小輝度レジスタ1dに書き込み、確定モード時には、目標輝度レベルとなるように照明負荷Laを調光制御し、目標輝度レベルが最小輝度レベル以下の場合は照明負荷Laを消灯させる。

Description
図1は、本実施形態の調光器1を用いて低電圧ミニハロゲンランプからなる照明負荷Laを調光制御する構成を示しており、調光器1は、双方向スイッチング素子のトライアックQ1と、トライアックQ1のトリガ信号を生成する制御回路1aと、交流電源(商用電源)ACからの入力電圧のゼロクロス点を検出するゼロクロス検出回路1bと、目標輝度のデータを格納する目標輝度レジスタ1cと、最小輝度のデータを格納する最小輝度レジスタ1dと、モード切替部1fとを備える。そして、トライアックQ1を交流電源ACと電子ダウントランスDTとに直列に接続して閉回路を構成し、トライアックQ1の点弧位相角を可変として位相制御を行うことで、電子ダウントランスDTを介して照明負荷Laへ供給する実効電力を可変とし、調光制御を行う。なお、電子ダウントランスDTは、トライアックQ1を介して入力される電圧を整流した後に高周波電力に変換し、さらに降圧トランスにて12Vの高周波低電圧に変換して照明負荷Laに供給する点灯装置を構成する。
本実施形態の調光器1は、図7に示すように、実施形態1の最小輝度レジスタ1dの代わりにオフタイミングレジスタ1eをマイコン13に接続した点が異なるもので、他の構成は実施形態1と同様であり、説明は省略する。

Claims (5)
- 自己保持機能を有する双方向スイッチング素子を備えて、当該双方向スイッチング素子を、交流電源と、入力を整流した後に高周波電力に変換して照明負荷に供給する点灯装置とに直列に接続して閉回路を構成し、双方向スイッチング素子の点弧位相角を可変とすることで照明負荷への実効電力を可変とする調光器において、
交流電源からの入力電圧のゼロクロス点を検出するゼロクロス検出手段と、
ゼロクロス検出手段の検出結果に基づき交流電源の周期に同期して、双方向スイッチング素子をオンさせる駆動電圧を生成し、オン期間中は駆動電圧を与え続けるDCトリガ方式の位相制御を行う制御手段と、
照明負荷の目標輝度レベルのデータを格納した第1のレジスタと、
照明負荷の最小輝度レベルのデータを格納した第2のレジスタと、
確定モードと設定モードとを切り替えるモード切替手段と、
を備え、
制御手段は、設定モード時に、最小輝度レベルのデータを第2のレジスタに書き込み、確定モード時には、目標輝度レベルとなるように照明負荷を調光制御し、目標輝度レベルが最小輝度レベル以下の場合は照明負荷を消灯させる
ことを特徴とする調光器。 - 自己保持機能を有する双方向スイッチング素子を備えて、当該双方向スイッチング素子を、交流電源と、入力を整流した後に高周波電力に変換して照明負荷に供給する点灯装置とに直列に接続して閉回路を構成し、双方向スイッチング素子の点弧位相角を可変とすることで照明負荷への実効電力を可変とする調光器において、

ゼロクロス検出手段の検出結果に基づき交流電源の周期に同期して、双方向スイッチング素子をオンさせる駆動電圧を生成し、オン期間中は駆動電圧を与え続けるDCトリガ方式の位相制御を行う制御手段と、
照明負荷の目標輝度レベルのデータを格納した第1のレジスタと、
ゼロクロス点に対する駆動電圧のオフタイミングのデータを格納した第2のレジスタと、
確定モードと設定モードとを切り替えるモード切替手段と、
を備え、
制御手段は、設定モード時に、駆動電圧のオフタイミングのデータを第2のレジスタに書き込み、確定モード時には、前記オフタイミングで駆動電圧をオフさせるとともに目標輝度レベルとなるように照明負荷を調光制御する
ことを特徴とする調光器。 - 確定モード時に前記第1のレジスタに格納する目標輝度レベルのデータを設定し、設定モード時に前記第2のレジスタに格納する最小輝度レベルのデータを設定する操作手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の調光器。
- 確定モード時に前記第1のレジスタに格納する目標輝度レベルのデータを設定し、設定モード時に前記第2のレジスタに格納する駆動電圧のオフタイミングのデータを設定する操作手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の調光器。
- 自己保持機能を有する双方向スイッチング素子を備えて、当該双方向スイッチング素子を、交流電源と、入力を整流した後に高周波電力に変換して照明負荷に供給する点灯装置とに直列に接続して閉回路を構成し、双方向スイッチング素子の点弧位相角を可変とすることで照明負荷への実効電力を可変とする調光器において、
交流電源からの入力電圧のゼロクロス点を検出するゼロクロス検出手段と、
ゼロクロス検出手段の検出結果に基づき交流電源の周期に同期して、双方向スイッチング素子をオンさせる駆動電圧を生成し、オン期間中は駆動電圧を与え続けるDCトリガ方式の位相制御を行う制御手段と、
照明負荷の目標輝度レベルのデータを格納した第1のレジスタと、

確定モードと設定モードとを切り替えるモード切替手段と、
を備え、
制御手段は、設定モード時に、最小輝度レベルのデータを第2のレジスタに書き込み、駆動電圧のオフタイミングのデータを第3のレジスタに書き込み、確定モード時には、前記オフタイミングで駆動電圧をオフさせるとともに目標輝度レベルとなるように照明負荷を調光制御し、目標輝度レベルが最小輝度レベル以下の場合は照明負荷を消灯させる
ことを特徴とする調光器。
