Abstract
Description
a)共重合性エチレン系不飽和の酸基含有モノマー少なくとも1種、
b)共重合性架橋剤少なくとも1種、
c)場合により、a)と共重合可能な共重合性エチレン系および/またはアリル系不飽和モノマー1種またはそれ以上、
d)場合により、モノマーa)、b)および場合によりc)が少なくとも部分的にグラフトされた水溶性ポリマー1種またはそれ以上、および
e)場合により、1種またはそれ以上の反応された後架橋剤
を含有する吸収性ポリマー粒子を提供することにより解決され、その際、前記ポリマー粒子は、少なくとも1種の界面活性剤および少なくとも1種の一般式I
R1はC2〜C6−アルキルであり、
R2、R3は水素であり、かつ、
nは1〜3の整数である。
R1はC3〜C5−アルキルであり、
R2、R3は水素であり、かつ、
nは2を意味する。
−少なくとも1種のアニオン、カチオンおよび/またはノニオン界面活性剤、好ましくはHLB値2〜18を有するノニオン界面活性剤を用いて後処理する工程、
−一般式I(R1、R2、R3およびnは前記意味を有する)の少なくとも1種の溶剤、好ましくはジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルを用いて後処理する工程。
−少なくとも1種の多価金属カチオン、多価金属カチオン溶液、たとえばAl3+、Fe2+、Fe3+、Ti3+、Ti4+、Co2+、Ni2+、Cr3+、Mn2+、Zn2+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Zr3+、Zr4+、特に好ましくはAl3+を用いて後処理する工程、
−少なくとも1種のアニオン、カチオンおよび/またはノニオン界面活性剤、好ましくはHLB値2〜18を有するノニオン界面活性剤を用いて後処理する工程、
−少なくとも1種の一般式Iの溶剤、好ましくはジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルを用いて後処理する工程。
R6は水素、メチルまたはエチルであり、
R7は水素、C1〜C4−アミノアルキル、C1〜C4−ヒドロキシアルキル、アルカリ金属−またはアンモニウムイオンであり、かつ、
R8はスルホニル基、ホスホニル基またはカルボキシル基またはそれぞれのアルカリ金属塩またはアンモニウム塩を意味する]の化合物である。
特に好ましい親水性モノマーは、アクリル酸およびメタクリル酸、さらにそのアルカリ金属塩またはアンモニウム塩、たとえばナトリウムアクリレート、カリウムアクリレートまたはアンモニウムアクリレートである。
方法:
この尺度は、別紙しない限りは、周囲温度23±2℃および相対湿度50±10%で実施する。膨潤可能なヒドロゲル形成ポリマーを、測定前に完全に混合した。
この方法は、吸収性ポリマーの血液吸収量を測定するために30分に亘って実施した。
試験デザイン:
−丸型の、内径50±0.2mm、内部高さ20±0.2mm(容器I)を有するプラスチック容器、
−ネット(400メッシュ=36μmの大きさの孔)を備えたプラスチックシリンダ、内径25±0.2mm、高さ40±0.2mm(容器II)
−ふたを備えたペトリ皿、直径140mm、高さ75mm、
−ストップウオッチ、
−精密度±0.0001gを有する分析用はかり
−脱フィブリン処理されたヒツジの血液(D-46467 Wesel、Oxoid GmbH )。
吸収性ポリマー0.2gを容器II中に計量供給し、その際、容器の空重量を予め測定した。容器Iに脱フィブリン処理されたヒツジ血液15gを装入した。容器IIを、その後に容器I中に置き、これらのセットアップをペトリ皿中に置き、このペトリ皿をふたで密封し、かつストップウオッチを開始した。30分後に容器IIを容器Iから取り出し、容器IIの外側を布で清浄化し、かつ引き続いて、容器IIの重量を測定した。これらの質量と容器IIの空質量の差ならびに使用されたポリマー量(0.2g)から、吸収された血液量およびこれよる血液吸収量を観察した。
これらの方法を用いて、吸収性ポリマーのティーバック中の自由膨潤容量を測定した。CRCを測定するために、0.2000±0.0050gの吸収ポリマーを、60×85mmの大きさのティーバック中に計量供給し、これをその後に密封した。このティーバックを30分に亘って過剰量の0.9質量%塩化ナトリウム溶液中に置いた(少なくとも0.83l塩化ナトリウム溶液/1gのポリマー粉末)。ティーバックをその後に250Gで3分に亘って遠心分離した。このヒドロゲルにより保持された液体量は、遠心分離されたティーバックの重さを正確に量ることにより定めた。
この方法を用いて、同様にティーバック中の吸収性ポリマーの自由膨潤容量を測定した。この方法は、同様に、ティーバックを遠心分離しない他は遠心分離保持容量を測定するのと同様におこなった。その代わりとして、ティーバックを10分間に亘って角までいきわたるまで浸漬した。
例1〜10:
Loedige(R)プラウシェアM5/20実験室用バッチミキサに、市販の水性液体吸収性ポリマー(Hysorb F)を装填した。かつ吸収性ポリマーに対しての界面活性剤の示された量は、ジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル中の50質量%溶液として噴霧されたものであり、かつ10分に亘って混合した。
試験を例1〜例10と同様におこなった。吸収性ポリマーに対して界面活性剤溶液の定められた量を、25質量%の溶液として噴霧した。
Claims (15)
- a)共重合されたエチレン系不飽和の酸基含有モノマー少なくとも1種、
b)共重合された架橋剤少なくとも1種、
c)場合により、a)と共重合可能な共重合されたエチレン系および/またはアリル系不飽和モノマー1種またはそれ以上、
b)場合により、モノマーa)、b)および場合によりc)が、少なくとも部分的にグラフトされた水溶性ポリマー1種またはそれ以上、
e)場合により、反応された後架橋剤1種またはそれ以上を含有する、血液および/または体液吸収性ポリマー粒子において、
このポリマー粒子が、少なくとも1種の界面活性剤および少なくとも1種の一般式I
[式中、R1は、ハロゲン置換されていてもよいC1〜C8−アルキルであり、
R2、R3は互いに独立して水素またはメチルであり、かつ、
nは0〜5の整数である]の溶剤で被覆されている、血液および/または体液吸収性ポリマー粒子。 - 界面活性剤が、HLB値2〜18を有するノニオン界面活性剤である、請求項1に記載のポリマー粒子。
- 溶剤が、一般式Iの化合物であり、その際、
R1はC2〜C6−アルキルであり、
R2、R3は水素であり、かつ、
nは1〜3の整数である、請求項1または2に記載のポリマー粒子。 - ポリマー粒子が、付加的に少なくとも1種の多価金属カチオンで被覆されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粒子。
- 多価金属カチオンがアルミニウムカチオンである、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粒子。
- 乾燥したポリマー粒子が、少なくとも15g/gの血液吸収量を示す、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粒子。
- ポリマー粒子が後架橋されていない、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粒子。
- ポリマー粒子の少なくとも20質量%が後架橋されていない、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粒子の混合物。
- a)エチレン系不飽和の酸基含有モノマー少なくとも1種、この場合、このモノマーは少なくとも部分的に中和されていてもよく、
b)架橋剤少なくとも1種、
c)場合により、a)と共重合可能なエチレン系および/またはアリル系不飽和モノマー1種またはそれ以上、および
d)場合により、モノマーa)、b)および場合によりc)が少なくとも部分的にグラフトされていてもよい水溶性ポリマー1種またはそれ以上、
から成る混合物を重合し、その際、得られたベースポリマーを乾燥させ、分級し、かつ
e)場合により、1種またはそれ以上の後架橋剤で後処理し、かつ乾燥させることにより、血液および/または体液吸収性ポリマー粒子を製造する方法において、
乾燥したポリマー粒子を、少なくとも1種の界面活性剤および少なくとも1種の一般式I
[式中、R1は、ハロゲン置換されていてもよいC1〜C8−アルキルであり、
R2、R3は互いに独立して水素、メチルまたはエチルであり、かつ、
nは0〜20の整数である]の溶剤を用いて後処理することを特徴とする、血液および/または体液吸収性ポリマー粒子を製造する方法。 - 乾燥したポリマー粒子を、少なくとも1種の多価金属カチオンの溶液を用いて後処理する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- ポリマー粒子が500μm未満の粒径を有するよう分級する、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 溶剤中に溶解された界面活性剤を、ポリマー粒子上に噴霧する、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 水溶液としての多価金属カチオンを、ポリマー粒子上に噴霧する、請求項9から12までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粒子を、吸着剤として使用する、衛生製品の製造方法。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー粒子を含有する衛生製品。
