Abstract
【解決手段】本発明では、吸収塔の内部にガスの旋回流を形成させることで、吸収塔の高さを低く抑えながら気液接触が行われるガスの流路を長くすることが可能であり、このガスの旋回流に吸収液を吹き付けることによって効率良く有害ガスの除去を行うことができる。また、吸収塔の中央部に吸収塔と同軸をなす排気管を設けるようにすれば、旋回流の形成領域はリング状となるため、径の大きな旋回流が吸収塔の下方に至るまで維持されてガスの流路は長くなることから、より装置の小型化を図ることができる。

Description
上面が閉じられ、下面が開口する吸収塔と、
有害ガスを含むガスを前記吸収塔内に導入しその内周壁に沿って旋回流を形成するように、当該吸収塔の側壁に接続されたガス導入路と、
前記吸収塔内に導入されたガスに対して吸収液を吹き付けるための吸収液吹き付け部と、
前記吸収塔内にて前記ガス導入路の導入口の高さレベルに対し、吸収液が吹き付けられたガスの旋回流形成空間を介して下方に位置すると共に、吸収塔の内部空間を塞ぐように設けられ、吸収液を保水するための保水層と、
この保水層の下方側に設けられ、保水層を介して落下する吸収液を受けるための液受け部と、
前記保水層の下方側に連通する排気路と、
有害ガスを含むガスを前記ガス導入路から吸収塔内に導入して前記排気路から排気するためのガス導入手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする。
前記ガス導入手段と、液受け部をなす貯水槽と、貯水槽内の吸収液を吸収液吹き付け部に供給して循環させるための循環手段と、を備え、

Claims (3)
- 上面が閉じられ、下面が開口する吸収塔と、
有害ガスを含むガスを前記吸収塔内に導入しその内周壁に沿って旋回流を形成するように、当該吸収塔の側壁に接続されたガス導入路と、
前記吸収塔内に導入されたガスに対して吸収液を吹き付けるための吸収液吹き付け部と、
前記吸収塔内にて前記ガス導入路の導入口の高さレベルに対し、吸収液が吹き付けられたガスの旋回流形成空間を介して下方に位置すると共に、吸収塔の内部空間を塞ぐように設けられ、吸収液を保水するための保水層と、
この保水層の下方側に設けられ、保水層を介して落下する吸収液を受けるための液受け部と、
前記保水層の下方側に連通する排気路と、
有害ガスを含むガスを前記ガス導入路から吸収塔内に導入して前記排気路から排気するためのガス導入手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする有害ガスの除去装置。 - 前記排気路は、吸収塔内の中央部に縦方向に配置された排気管により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有害ガスの除去装置。
- 前記ガス導入手段と、液受け部をなす貯水槽と、貯水槽内の吸収液を吸収液吹き付け部に供給して循環させるための循環手段と、を備え、
吸収塔、ガス導入手段、貯水槽及び循環手段は車両に搭載されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の有害ガスの除去装置。
