表3に示すとおり、試験例1から、比較例1のように多価アルコール層だけであると、使用時に肌への刺激性や違和感が強く感じられるが、実施例1〜5のように多価アルコール層に油剤層を配合すると、使用感が大きく改善・向上することが理解できる。また、アスコルビン酸及び/又はその塩が成分(A)の重量に対して0.1〜20重量%含まれているとき、振とう時の分散性と静置後の二層分離性がきわめて良好で、しかも、使用感がきわめてすぐれた化粧料が得られることが理解できる。
《試験例2》
(1)試験方法と結果
表4に示す配合によって、常法により成分(A)と成分(B)を調製し、同一の容器に充填して、実施例6〜12の7種類の二層分離型化粧料を作った。この7種類の二層分離型化粧料を熟練したパネラー20名にそれぞれ使用してもらい、(イ)二層に分離している多価アルコール層と油剤層を軽く振とうしたときの分散性と使いやすさ、(ロ)使用感(べたつきと肌触りの感触/刺激性と違和感の有無)及び(ハ)静置したときの分離スピードと二層分離性について、意見を求めて集計し、表5に示す評価を得た。なお、評価の基準は表1のものを用いた。
(2)使用した原料
A.成分(A)=多価アルコール層
アスコルビン酸ナトリウム、アスコルビン酸、ジプロピレングリコール、グリセリン
B.成分(B)=油剤層
スクワラン、流動パラフィン、トリ2−エチルヘキサン酸グルセリル、トリオレイン酸ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン、ビタミンEアセテート

表5に示すとおり、試験例2から、アスコルビン酸及び/又はその塩が成分(A)の重量に対して0.1〜20重量%含まれているとき、振とう時の分散性と静置後の二層分離性がきわめて良好で、しかも、使用感がきわめてすぐれた化粧料が得られることが理解できる。
以上詳しく説明したとおり、本発明に係る化粧料は、アスコルビン酸及び/又はその塩の保存性がすぐれていると共に、しっとり感にすぐれ、べたつきがなく、しかも肌への刺激性や違和感がない、使用感がきわめてすぐれた化粧料である。また、本発明に係る化粧料は、振とう時の一時乳化性がすぐれているので使いやすく、その上、使用後の二層分離状態がきれいであり、商品価値の高い二層分離型化粧料である。
