Abstract
【解決手段】剛性のプラスチック製血液透析用塩類容器は容器壁に通気弁4を有する。通気弁は容器壁を貫通する通気用開口と、通気用開口の周りの壁の内壁に接着または溶接された密封部材とより成る。周囲空気圧と容器内の真空圧との圧力差が所定の値になると、密封部材が少なくとも局部的に引き剥がされる。通気用開口は小さな断面積を有し、密封部材と容器の壁の間の接着または溶接領域は通気用開口から特定の半径方向距離の所にある。

Claims (5)
- 透析装置に流体接続するための結合手段(3)を備え、接続時以外は気密状態に密封される剛性の単方向容器より成る血液透析用塩類容器(1、2)であって、
通気弁(4)を有し、通気弁は、容器の壁に形成された通気用開口(41)と、容器に局所的に接着または溶接され、容器の内側で通気用開口を覆う密封部材(42)とより成り、接着または溶接部は、周囲空気圧と透析装置により容器内部に発生される真空の間の圧力差がある特定の値に到達すると密封部材が少なくとも局部的に押し開くような大きさであることを特徴とする血液透析用塩類容器。 - 通気用開口(41)は小さな断面積を有し、密封部材(42)と容器の壁の間の接着または溶接領域は通気用開口(41)から特定の半径方向距離の所にある請求項1の塩類容器。
- 容器の壁の内側の通気用開口(41)の領域には、通気用開口(41)と連通関係にある凹部(44、45)が設けられており、密封部材(42)は凹部(44、45)を取り囲む壁の表面領域に沿って容器の壁に接着または溶接されている請求項1の塩類容器。
- 凹部(44、45)は、通気用開口(41)の周りにおいて平坦で星形の溝または別の幾何学的形状の溝を有するように形成されている請求項3の塩類容器。
- 密封部材(42)に対応する容器の壁の領域には、容器内部の方へ隆起する厚壁領域が設けられている請求項1乃至4の塩類容器。
