Abstract
【解決手段】圧縮用部材同士を所定間隔にまで近接させることによって圧縮用部材間に充填した粉末を圧縮し成形品を成形する粉末圧縮手段と、充填する粉末量を調整する粉末量調整手段と、粉末圧縮手段による粉末の圧縮圧力を検出する圧力検出手段と、成形品をサンプリングしその重量を測定する重量測定手段と、重量測定手段が測定した重量測定値に基づいて粉末量調整手段を制御する粉末量制御手段と、重量測定値が所定の重量範囲に対応する場合に少なくとも粉末量制御手段が粉末量調整手段を制御した所定回数の経過の後に成形品の厚みに関連して所定の圧力範囲内に収まるように圧力検出手段が検出した圧縮圧力に基づいて粉末圧縮手段を制御する圧縮制御手段とを備え、粉末量制御手段により粉末量調整手段を制御している間に圧縮制御手段により粉末圧縮手段を制御する。

Claims (12)
- 圧縮用部材同士を所定間隔にまで近接させることによって圧縮用部材間に充填した粉末を圧縮し成形品を成形する粉末圧縮手段と、
充填する粉末量を調整する粉末量調整手段と、
粉末圧縮手段による粉末の圧縮圧力を検出する圧力検出手段と、
成形品をサンプリングしその重量を測定する重量測定手段と、
重量測定手段が測定した重量測定値に基づいて粉末量調整手段を制御する粉末量制御手段と、
重量測定値が所定の重量範囲に対応する場合に少なくとも粉末量制御手段が粉末量調整手段を制御した所定回数の経過の後に成形品の厚みに関連して所定の圧力範囲内に収まるように圧力検出手段が検出した圧縮圧力に基づいて粉末圧縮手段を制御する圧縮制御手段とを備え、
粉末量制御手段により粉末量調整手段を制御している間に圧縮制御手段により粉末圧縮手段を制御する粉末圧縮成形機。 - 重量範囲は、基準となる重量を上回る重量と下回る重量とに対して設定される請求項1記載の粉末圧縮成形機。
- 重量測定値が、サンプリングした複数の成形品の総重量である請求項1記載の粉末圧縮成形機。
- 圧力制御手段は、粉末圧縮手段の制御を設定された回数のみ行うものである請求項1記載の粉末圧縮成形機。
- 粉末量調整手段の調整量を検出する調整量検出手段をさらに備え、粉末量制御手段が、調整量検出手段が検出した調整量に基づいて測定する圧縮前の粉末重量と重量測定手段が測定した重量とに基づいて演算した補正量により粉末量調整手段を制御する請求項1記載の粉末圧縮成形機。
- 粉末量制御手段による粉末量調整手段の制御の終了の後に圧力検出手段が検出した圧力の平均値に基づいて所定の圧力範囲を補正する補正手段をさらに備える請求項1記載の粉末圧縮成形機。
- 圧縮用部材同士を所定間隔にまで近接させることによって圧縮用部材間に充填した粉末を圧縮して成形品を成形する粉末圧縮成形機の制御方法であって、
粉末の圧縮する時の圧縮圧力を検出し、
成形品をサンプリングしてその重量を測定し、
測定した重量測定値に基づいて充填する粉末量を調整し、
重量測定値が所定の重量範囲に対応する場合に少なくとも粉末量を制御した所定回数の経過の後に成形品の厚みに関連して所定の圧力範囲内に収まるよう検出した圧縮圧力に基づいて粉末の圧縮圧力を制御することからなり、
粉末量を調整する間に粉末の圧縮圧力を制御する粉末圧縮成形機の制御方法。 - 重量範囲は、基準となる重量を上回る重量と下回る重量とに対して設定される請求項7記載の粉末圧縮成形機の制御方法。
- 重量測定値が、サンプリングした複数の成形品の総重量である請求項7記載の粉末圧縮成形機の制御方法。
- 圧力の制御は、設定された回数のみ行うものである請求項7記載の粉末圧縮成形機の制御方法。
- 粉末量の調整量をさらに検出し、検出した調整量に基づいて測定する圧縮前の粉末重量と重量測定値とに基づいて演算した補正量により粉末量を調整する請求項7記載の粉末圧縮成形機の制御方法。
- 粉末量の調整の終了の後に検出した圧力の平均値に基づいて所定の圧力範囲をさらに補正する請求項7記載の粉末圧縮成形機の制御方法。
