Abstract

Claims (14)
- 骨固着装置であって、
シャンク軸(14a)を有し、骨または脊椎に固着されるべきシャンク(14)、および頭部(16,160)を含む固着要素(13)と、
第1の終端(2)、第1の終端(2)に対向する第2の終端(3)、2つの終端を通過する長手方向軸(4)、長手方向軸(4)と同軸の内腔(5)、および、第2の終端(3)に隣接して前記頭部の区間(22,221)を受けるための第1の領域(7,70)を含む受部(1,100)と、
前記頭部(16,160)に圧力をかけて受部内に前記頭部をロックする要素(28,30)とを備え、
受部(1)および固着要素(13)は、受部(1)の長手方向軸(4)とシャンク軸(14a)とが互いに対して一定の角度を有するように接続され、受部(1)およびシャンク(14)は、頭部に圧力がかかっていないとき、長手方向軸(4)の周囲で互いを基準として回転可能であり、圧力が頭部にかかっているとき、回転位置でロックされる、骨固着装置。 - 前記シャンク(14)および前記頭部(17,160)は別個の部品である、請求項1に記載の骨固着要素。
- 前記頭部(16,160)は、円筒部(21)を有する外面を有する、請求項1または2に記載の骨固着要素。
