Abstract
【解決手段】外側の縦枠材2、及び縦横の格子材31、3は、米松であり、強化ガラス1を囲んでいる。耐震補強壁の縦枠材2及び格子材31は、桁4と土台5に構造金具によって固定されている。格子材31、3の強化ガラス1の取付部には、押え縁10、11が対向して設けてあり、この間にガラス1が挟み込まれている。強化ガラス1は、樹脂層を介して格子材31、3に固定してある。採光にあまり影響のない壁上下部には、構造用合板60、61を固定して強度を増している。

Description
格子枠として米松を使用し、格子枠に一対の押え縁を設け、押え縁の間の空間にガラスを挿通することによりガラスを格子枠に固定したものである。
また、木枠とガラス板を用いた耐震補強壁により木造建築物の開放性を確保し、しかも、木製の部材を用いるので、意匠的にすぐれている。
樹脂層を設けずに、強化ガラスが変形時に直接木材に接触するようにしてもよい。
壁幅910mm、高さ2700mmのものを用いて強度を測定した。試験の際に加えた力及び測定方法は「木造軸組工法住宅の許容応力度設計法」に準じておこない、載荷方法はタイロッド式を採用した。材料の性状は表−1、接合金物は表−2に示すとおりである。
試験体の短期基準剪断耐力P0は表−3に示したa〜dのうち最小値とした。短期許容剪断耐力Pa及び壁倍率は次式によって算定した。
P0:短期基準剪断耐力、α:本評価ではα=1とする。
壁倍率=Pa×(1/1.96)×(1/L)
Pa:短期許容剪断耐力
1.96:壁倍率=1を算定する数値
L=壁の長さ
短期基準モーメントは木造軸組工法住宅の許容応力度設計に準じた算定を行った。(本試験においては1体のため、ばらつき係数を1とした。)

Claims (5)
- 木材からなる格子枠にガラスを嵌め込んだ耐震補強壁であって、壁が変形した際にガラスが破壊せずに格子枠にめり込むようにした耐震壁。
- 請求項1において、格子枠に一対の押え縁を設け、押え縁の間の空間にガラスを挿通することによりガラスを格子枠に固定してある耐震壁。
- 請求項2において、ガラスと格子枠の間に樹脂が充填してある耐震壁。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、格子枠の木材が米松である耐震壁。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、壁の上部及び/または下部には、構造用合板を固定し強化してある耐震壁。
