Abstract
【解決手段】酸素指数が35以上であり、(A)熱可塑性エラストマーと、亜リン酸アルミニウムと、無機充填剤と、熱分解性発泡剤と、を含有する発泡成形体、(B)加硫可能なゴムと、亜リン酸アルミニウムと、無機充填剤と、加硫剤と、加硫促進剤と、熱分解性発泡剤と、を含有する発泡成形体、(C)加硫可能なゴムと、熱可塑性エラストマーと、亜リン酸アルミニウムと、無機充填剤と、加硫剤と、加硫促進剤と、熱分解性発泡剤と、を含有する発泡成形体、のいずれかである発泡成形体とすること。

Description
実施例区及び比較例区の各発泡成形体の調製は次のように行なった。表1の配合Aに示した成分を、容量3リットルのニーダーミキサーを用いて120℃で3分間混練した。次いで、得られた混練物を二本ロールで練りながら表1の配合Bに示した成分を添加して5分間混練し、更に、熱プレス機を用いて170℃で加硫処理(4分間)と発泡処理を行い、厚さ5mmの発泡成形体を得た。
形状保持性について検討した。実施例区ではいずれも「良」であることより、いずれの実施例の発泡成形体でも形状保持性は優れていることが示唆された(表3参照)。一方、比較例区では、酸素指数が35以下であり亜リン酸アルミニウムを含有しない比較例1は「不可」であり、酸素指数が35以下であり無機充填剤を配合しない比較例2は「可」であった(表4参照)。このことから、少なくとも、酸素指数が35以上であり、亜リン酸アルミニウムと無機充填剤とを含有させることで、優れた形状保持性を発揮し、火災発生時の高温に晒されてもその形状を長時間保持しうる発泡成形体となることが示唆された。
引張強度について検討した。実施例区における引張強度はいずれも0.4MPa以上1.2MPa以下となった。即ち、本発明に係る発泡成形体によれば、目地材として柔らかすぎず、かつ適度な可ぎょう性を有する硬さとなることが示唆された(表3参照)。一方、ゴムとして加硫可能なゴムを用いているが加硫剤と加硫促進剤とを含有していない比較例4では、引張強度は0.2MPaとなった(表4参照)。即ち、ゴムが加硫可能なゴムである場合に加硫剤と加硫促進剤を含有させることで、少なくとも、防火用目地材として良好な強度となることが示唆された。
発泡品比重について検討した。少なくとも実施例区における発泡品比重は0.29g/cm3〜0.43g/cm3であることから、軽量な目地材として使用できることが示唆された。一方、比較例3では、発泡品比重が1.23g/cm3、引張強度が2.8MPaであり、いずれの項目も実施例区と比較例区の中で最も高い数値であった。更に、実施例3と比較例3とを比べたところ、実施例3の方が実施例3よりも発泡品比重が小さく、かつ引張強度もより小さい結果となった(表3、表4参照)。従って、前記熱分解性発泡剤を用いた発泡成形体とすることで、軽量化できるとともに、加工性も向上できることが示唆された。
熱伝導率について検討した。いずれの実施例においても熱伝導率は0.08W/mKであることから、いずれの発泡成形体も断熱性に優れている目地材として使用できることが示唆された。一方、比較例3では、熱伝導率が0.27W/mKであり、実施例区と比較例区の中で最も高い数値であった。特に、実施例3と比較例3を比較すれば、熱分解性発泡剤を用いた実施例3の方が、前記熱分解性発泡剤を用いていない比較例3よりも熱伝導率が小さい結果となった(表3、表4参照)。即ち、前記熱分解性発泡剤を用いた発泡成形体とすることで、断熱性を向上できることが示唆された。
Claims (6)
- 酸素指数が35以上であり、以下の(A)〜(C)のいずれかである発泡成形体。
(A)熱可塑性エラストマーと、亜リン酸アルミニウムと、無機充填剤と、熱分解性発泡剤と、を含有する発泡成形体。
(B)加硫可能なゴムと、亜リン酸アルミニウムと、無機充填剤と、加硫剤と、加硫促進剤と、熱分解性発泡剤と、を含有する発泡成形体。
(C)加硫可能なゴムと、熱可塑性エラストマーと、亜リン酸アルミニウムと、無機充填剤と、加硫剤と、加硫促進剤と、熱分解性発泡剤と、を含有する発泡成形体。
- 前記熱可塑性エラストマーのみからなるゴム100質量部に対して、前記亜リン酸アルミニウムが10〜150質量部、前記無機充填剤が10〜200質量部含有される請求項1記載の発泡成形体。
- 前記加硫可能なゴムを少なくとも含むゴム100質量部に対して、前記亜リン酸アルミニウムが10〜150質量部、前記無機充填剤が10〜200質量部含有され、
前記加硫可能なゴム100質量部に対して、前記加硫剤が0.1〜10質量部、前記加硫促進剤が0.1〜10質量部含有される請求項1記載の発泡成形体。
- 前記熱可塑性エラストマーが、ビニル芳香族炭化水素を主体とする重合体ブロックと、共役ジエンを主体とする重合体ブロックと、からなるスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーである請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の発泡成形体。
- 前記無機充填剤が、水酸化アルミニウムである請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の発泡成形体。
- 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の発泡成形体を用いた目地材。
