Abstract
【解決手段】 熱可塑性樹脂製フィルムにより袋状に形成された容器本体と、薬剤の収納可能な複数の収納室と、複数の収納室を仕切る易剥離性の仕切り用シール部とを備え、前記仕切り用シール部は、前記フィルムの内面同士を融着し、かつ、使用に際して前記収納室に加えられる外圧により剥離して開封するように形成された複室輸液容器において、前記仕切り用シール部は、所定間隔を設けて配設される複数のシール条部を有し、各シール条部は前記容器本体の一側縁部から他側縁部まで連続し、各シール条部の幅寸法を0.1〜2mmに設定したことを特徴とする。

Description
1.熱可塑性樹脂製フィルムにより袋状に形成された容器本体と、薬剤の収納可能な複数の収納室と、複数の収納室を仕切る易剥離性の仕切り用シール部とを備え、前記仕切り用シール部は、前記フィルムの内面同士を融着し、かつ、使用に際して前記収納室に加えられる外圧により剥離して開封するように形成された複室輸液容器において、前記仕切り用シール部は、所定間隔を設けて配設される複数のシール条部を有し、各シール条部は前記容器本体の一側縁部から他側縁部まで連続し、各シール条部の幅寸法を0.1〜2mmに設定したことを特徴とする複室輸液容器を提供する。
2.前記シール条部の本数は、2〜10本であることを特徴とする前記1に記載の複室輸液容器を提供する。
3.前記仕切り用シール部のシール強度は、0.1〜0.7kg/15mmであることを特徴とする前記1又は2に記載に複室輸液容器を提供する。
4.前記複数のシール条部を略同幅寸法に設定したことを特徴とする前記1から3のいずれかに記載に複室輸液容器を提供する。
5.前記シール条部の間に位置する前記フィルムの内側面同士は、該シール条部のシール強度よりも低い強度で融着されて弱補助シール部が形成されたことを特徴とする前記1から4のいずれかに記載の複室輸液容器を提供する。
6.前記シール条部は平面視で直線状又は波状又は鋸歯状又はこれらの形状の組み合わせにより形成されていることを特徴とする前記1から5のいずれかに記載の複室輸液容器を提供する。
7.補助シール部を前記シール条部以外の仕切り用シール部中に散点状に形成したことを特徴とする前記1から6のいずれかに記載の複室輸液容器を提供する。
8.熱可塑性樹脂製フィルムにより袋状に形成された容器本体に薬剤の収納可能な複数の収納室を形成するために、前記容器本体に易剥離性の仕切り用シール部を形成する工程を備え、重ねられる2枚の前記フィルムをヒートシールバーで挟持して熱融着することにより、前記容器本体の一側縁部から他側縁部まで連続するシール条部を複数有する前記仕切り用シール部を形成し、各シール条部の幅寸法を0.1〜2mmに設定して易剥離性を付与することを特徴とする複室輸液容器の製造方法を提供する。
9.前記ヒートシールバーによつ熱融着条件は、加熱温度が114〜120℃、融着圧力が0.2〜0.3MPa、加熱時間が3〜4秒であることを特徴とする前記8に記載の複室輸液容器の製造方法を提供する。
各シール条部5の幅寸法は同じ大きさで0.1〜2mmに設定され、仕切り用シール部3の幅は5〜20mmである。また、開通させるのに適切なシール強度を確保するためのシール条部5の本数は2〜10本であり、好ましくは4〜7本である。
ヒートシールバーBは、対向する上シールバーB1と下シールバーB2とを備え、容器本体1の仕切り形成箇所のフィルムを、上下のシールバーで挟んで加熱圧着することによりシール条部5が形成される。下シールバーの加圧面B21はフラットに形成され、上シールバーB1の加圧面B11には複数本の突条部B12が形成されている。なお、図4のように各シール条部5の間には、シール条部5よりも小さなシール強度を有する弱補助シール部7がヒートシールバーBによって形成される。なお、加熱滅菌の熱を利用して弱補助シール部7を形成しても良い。
仕切り用シール部3の面積中でのシール条部5の占める面積割合を、1〜80%に設定するのが好ましい。なお、仕切り用シール部3の面積は、各シール条部5の面積とその間の弱補助シール部7の面積とを合わせたものとする。
なお、上述の複数のシール条部5の間やシール条部5付近に、容器本体1の一側縁部から他側縁部まで連続しないシール条部(図示省略)を形成しても良い。
図5及び図6は仕切り用シール部3の他の形態を示している。図5は各シール条部5を平面視で波状や鋸歯状に形成したものを示し、同図(c)は各シール条部5の周囲に補助シール部6を散点状に形成した態様を示す。なお、散点状に配設される補助シール部6のシール強度は、開通させるのに適切なシール強度を確保されるのであれば、特に限定はされない。また、図6は各シール条部5の幅寸法に変化をもたせた形態を示し、同図(a)では中央に位置するシール条部5を最大幅に設定し、外側に行くほど幅寸法を狭めており、同図(b)ではそれを繰り返すようにしている。

Claims (9)
- 熱可塑性樹脂製フィルムにより袋状に形成された容器本体と、薬剤の収納可能な複数の収納室と、複数の収納室を仕切る易剥離性の仕切り用シール部とを備え、前記仕切り用シール部は、前記フィルムの内面同士を融着し、かつ、使用に際して前記収納室に加えられる外圧により剥離して開封するように形成された複室輸液容器において、
前記仕切り用シール部は、所定間隔を設けて配設される複数のシール条部を有し、各シール条部は前記容器本体の一側縁部から他側縁部まで連続し、各シール条部の幅寸法を0.1〜2mmに設定したことを特徴とする複室輸液容器。 - 前記シール条部の本数は、2〜10本であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複室輸液容器。
- 前記仕切り用シール部のシール強度は、0.1〜0.7kg/15mmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載に複室輸液容器。
- 前記複数のシール条部を略同幅寸法に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載に複室輸液容器。
- 前記シール条部の間に位置する前記フィルムの内側面同士は、該シール条部のシール強度よりも低い強度で融着されて弱補助シール部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の複室輸液容器。
- 前記シール条部は平面視で直線状又は波状又は鋸歯状又はこれらの形状の組み合わせにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の複室輸液容器。
- 補助シール部を前記シール条部以外の仕切り用シール部中に散点状に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の複室輸液容器。
- 熱可塑性樹脂製フィルムにより袋状に形成された容器本体に薬剤の収納可能な複数の収納室を形成するために、前記容器本体に易剥離性の仕切り用シール部を形成する工程を備え、
重ねられる2枚の前記フィルムをヒートシールバーで挟持して熱融着することにより、前記容器本体の一側縁部から他側縁部まで連続するシール条部を複数有する前記仕切り用シール部を形成し、各シール条部の幅寸法を0.1〜2mmに設定して易剥離性を付与することを特徴とする複室輸液容器の製造方法。 - 前記ヒートシールバーによつ熱融着条件は、加熱温度が114〜120℃、融着圧力が0.2〜0.3MPa、加熱時間が3〜4秒であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の複室輸液容器の製造方法。
