Abstract
【解決手段】外輪24と内輪28との間に、第1保持器47を配置すると共に、第1保持器47よりも潤滑油の流れの下流側に第2保持器48を配置する。上記第2保持器48における潤滑油の出口側の第2環状部55の形状を、径方向の外方に延在する形状にする。このようにして、上記第2環状部55を通過する潤滑油の流れを高速にして、第2保持器48よりも下流側にある潤滑油が逆流することを防止する。

第1軌道溝と第2軌道溝とを有する内輪と、
第1軌道溝と第2軌道溝とを有する外輪と、
上記内輪および上記外輪の上記第1軌道溝の間に配置された第1の玉および上記内輪および上記外輪の上記第2軌道溝の間に配置された第2の玉と、
上記第1の玉を保持する第1保持器および上記第2の玉を保持する第2保持器と
を備え、
上記内輪と上記外輪との間において潤滑液体が上記第1保持器側から上記第2保持器側に向けて流れ、
上記第2保持器における上記潤滑液体の下流側の端部には、上記第2保持器の下流側に位置する上記潤滑液体が上流側に逆流することを防止する潤滑液体捲き込み防止部が設けられていることを特徴としている。

上記ケース内に設けられると共に、リングギヤを含む差動機構と、
上記差動機構の上記リングギヤと噛み合うピニオンギヤを有するピニオン軸と、
上記ピニオン軸を回転自在に支持する請求項1または2に記載の複列アンギュラ玉軸受と
を備えることを特徴としている。

Claims (3)
- 第1軌道溝と第2軌道溝とを有する内輪と、
第1軌道溝と第2軌道溝とを有する外輪と、
上記内輪および上記外輪の上記第1軌道溝の間に配置された第1の玉および上記内輪および上記外輪の上記第2軌道溝の間に配置された第2の玉と、
上記第1の玉を保持する第1保持器および上記第2の玉を保持する第2保持器と
を備え、
上記内輪と上記外輪との間において潤滑液体が上記第1保持器側から上記第2保持器側に向けて流れ、
上記第2保持器における上記潤滑液体の下流側の端部には、上記第2保持器の下流側に位置する上記潤滑液体が上流側に逆流することを防止する潤滑液体捲き込み防止部が設けられていることを特徴とする複列アンギュラ玉軸受。 - 請求項1に記載の複列アンギュラ玉軸受において、
上記外輪の上記第1軌道溝の内径は上記外輪の上記第2軌道溝の内径よりも小さいことを特徴とする複列アンギュラ玉軸受。 - ケースと、
上記ケース内に設けられると共に、リングギヤを含む差動機構と、
上記差動機構の上記リングギヤと噛み合うピニオンギヤを有するピニオン軸と、
上記ピニオン軸を回転自在に支持する請求項1または2に記載の複列アンギュラ玉軸受と
を備えることを特徴とする車両用ピニオン軸支持装置。
