Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による流体軸受ユニットは、ハウジング、前記ハウジング内に設置された軸受、潤滑流体、及び前記軸受の軸孔に回転自在に挿入された回転軸を含み、前記軸受の両端に潤滑流体を貯蔵するための第1及び第2の空間がそれぞれ画成され、前記回転軸の前記第1及び第2の空間に対応する外周面に、前記回転軸が回転する時にこの両端の潤滑流体を内向きに流動させることができ、且つ前記第1及び第2の空間とそれぞれ互いに連通する複数の第1及び第2の動圧発生用溝がそれぞれ形成される。

Claims (6)
- ハウジング、前記ハウジング内に設置された軸受、潤滑流体、及び前記軸受の軸孔に回転自在に挿入された回転軸を含む流体軸受ユニットにおいて、
前記軸受の両端に潤滑流体を貯蔵するための第1及び第2の空間がそれぞれ画成され、
前記回転軸の前記第1及び第2の空間に対応する外周面に、前記回転軸が回転する時にこの両端の潤滑流体を内向きに流動させることができ、且つ前記第1及び第2の空間とそれぞれ互いに連通する複数の第1及び第2の動圧発生用溝がそれぞれ形成されることを特徴とする流体軸受ユニット。 - 前記第1の動圧発生用溝と第2の動圧発生用溝は、前記回転軸の両端から異なる回転方向に沿って自身の中央部に向かって延在して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体軸受ユニット。
- 前記回転軸の第1の動圧発生用溝が形成される外周面を囲むと共に、前記軸受の下端に配置される円環状の間隔部材を含み、
該間隔部材の内径は回転軸の直径より大きく、前記軸受、前記回転軸及び前記間隔部材の間に前記第1の空間を画成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体軸受ユニット。 - 前記ハウジングの開口が形成される端部の前記回転軸の第2の動圧発生用溝に対応する位置に配置され、前記回転軸を通過する階段状孔を形成することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の流体軸受ユニット。
- 前記階段状孔の直径が比較的大きい部分は前記回転軸の第2の動圧発生用溝が形成される対応周面との間に前記第2の空間が画成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の流体軸受ユニット。
- 前記ハウジング内部の潤滑流体を前記軸受の両端の第1の空間と第2の空間との間に循環させるために、前記軸受の外壁表面に回流通路が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体軸受ユニット。
