Description

The present invention relates to a reinforcing member for a cab that is attached to a box-shaped cab body located on the side of a working device, a cab having the cab, and a work machine including the cab.

Conventionally, this type of cab mounted on the side of a work apparatus in a machine body of a work machine such as a hydraulic excavator has a box-shaped cab body, and the cab body is formed from both sides of the front portion of the floor surface portion. A front cross member is provided between the lower parts of the left and right front pillars that rise, and a front header is provided between the upper parts. The front pillars are opened on the front side by these front pillars, front cross members, and front headers. Is formed.

Further, the upper ends of the front pillars are bent rearward to form left and right side portions, and the rear end portions of these side portions are connected to the upper end portions of the left and right rear pillars rising from both sides of the rear portion of the floor surface portion, A roof panel is integrally provided at the rear part of each front pillar, and a skylight is formed at the front side of the cab body between the rear part of the front header and the front part of the roof panel.

By the way, a hydraulic excavator or the like may inevitably work on rough terrain or an inclined land. When working on such a place, the hydraulic excavator may fall down due to some accident.

In order to protect the operator against such a fall, it is necessary to reinforce a cab such as a hydraulic excavator or improve the rigidity of the cab.

However, in a cab such as a hydraulic excavator, it is desirable to take the area of each window as large as possible in consideration of the field of view of the operator, while the roof panel of the cab body formed of a single plate is If the skylight is made large, the strength may decrease.

The front pillars 22 and 23 are also called A pillars, the door mounting pillars 32 are also called B pillars, and the rear pillars 24 and 25 are also called C pillars. 22, 23, 24, 25, 32 are each a deformed steel pipe formed of a steel plate.

The side portions 26 and 27 are formed in a substantially horizontal shape, and bosses 53 and 54 for attaching the cab reinforcing member 12 to the cab main body 11 as shown in FIG. ing.

On the other hand, the cab reinforcing member 12 prevents deformation of the cab body 11 as indicated by an imaginary line C when a lateral load F is applied to the cab 6, and is formed of a metal such as steel. As shown in FIG. 2, the reinforcing member main body 57 that is linear in the left-right direction is provided, and the both ends of the reinforcing member main body 57 are linear along the front-rear direction, which is a direction intersecting the reinforcing member main body 57. The support portions 58 and 59 are integrally welded. For this reason, the reinforcing member 12 for cab is formed in the substantially H shape by planar view.

Reinforcing plates 61, 62, 63, and 64, which are reinforcing plates, are welded to the connecting portions of both ends of the reinforcing member main body 57 and the support portions 58 and 59, respectively. As a result, the cab reinforcing member 12 is formed to be substantially line symmetrical in the left-right direction.

The reinforcing member body 57 has a length dimension substantially equal to the width dimension of the ceiling portion 20. The reinforcing member main body 57 is disposed along the front edge of the roof panel 47, which is the rear edge of the skylight 48, with the cab reinforcing member 12 attached to the cab main body 11. Is spaced above.

In the support portions 58 and 59, the reinforcing member main body 57 is connected to a substantially central portion in the front-rear direction. In other words, the support portions 58 and 59 protrude by substantially equal dimensions on the front side and the rear side of the reinforcing member main body 57, respectively. For this reason, the support portions 58 and 59 are spaced apart from the outer sides of the side portions 26 and 27 with the cab reinforcing member 12 attached to the cab body 11, and the front side is located along both sides of the skylight 48. The rear side is located along both sides of the roof panel 47.

The reinforcing plates 61, 62, 63 and 64 reinforce the welding between the reinforcing member main body 57 and the support portions 58 and 59, and have two sides sandwiching a right angle between the reinforcing member main body 57 and the support portions 58 and 59, respectively. It is formed in a substantially right triangle shape. Further, these reinforcing plates 61, 62, 63, 64 are formed so as not to block the opening of the skylight 48 in a state where the cab reinforcing member 12 is attached to the cab body 11.

The reinforcing plates 61 and 63 are respectively provided with insertion holes 66 and 67 corresponding to the bosses 53 and 54 (FIG. 3) protruding from the side portions 26 and 27, respectively. , 67, bolts 68, 69 are inserted when the cab reinforcing member 12 is attached and screwed to the bosses 53, 54 (FIG. 3), respectively.

Next, the function and effect of the first embodiment will be described.

When the hydraulic excavator 1 (FIG. 4) inevitably works on rough terrain or slopes, the cab reinforcing member 12 is attached to the cab body 11.

At this time, the insertion holes 66 and 67 of the reinforcing plates 61 and 63 are aligned with the bosses 53 and 54 (FIG. 3) projecting from both side parts 26 and 27 of the ceiling part 20 of the cab body 11, and these insertion holes Reinforcing member main body 57 is positioned in the left and right direction along the rear edge of skylight 48 by inserting bolts 68 and 69 into 66 and 67, respectively, and at both ends of reinforcing member main body 57, Support portions 58 and 59 are positioned in the front-rear direction intersecting with the reinforcing member main body 57.

In other words, the ceiling portion 20 of the cab body 11 is not easy to ensure the strength of the side portions 26 and 27 because the roof panel 47 is formed of a single plate and the skylight 48 is opened. When the cab reinforcing member 12 is configured and attached to the cab main body 11 as described above, the strength of the ceiling portion 20 of the cab main body 11 is increased in the vicinity of the rear side of the skylight 48, particularly in the vicinity of the front and rear central portion of the cab main body 11. Therefore, the cab body 11 can be reliably reinforced against the side load F.

Further, since the cab reinforcing member 12 does not block the skylight 48, it does not block the operator's upper view.

Moreover, since the back of the skylight 48 of the ceiling portion 20 is formed in a flat shape by the roof panel 47 or the like, the cab reinforcing member 12 can be easily attached.

Further, since the front end portions of the support portions 58 and 59 are located on both sides of the skylight 48, the side portions 26 and 27 on both sides of the skylight 48 can be reliably reinforced and protected by the support portions 58 and 59.

And since the cab main body 11 can be reliably reinforced with respect to the side load F especially in the vicinity of the front and rear central portions as in the first embodiment, the reliability of the cab 6 can be improved. 6 is mounted on the hydraulic excavator 1, for example, even when a side load F of the cab body 11 is applied as shown in FIG. The operator can be surely protected and the working area can be expanded.

Further, by making the cab reinforcing member 12 detachable from the cab main body 11, the cab reinforcing member 12 can be attached to the cab main body 11 only when necessary, and can be used with respect to the lateral load F of the cab main body 11. The intensity can be selected.

Next, a second embodiment will be described based on FIG. 5 and FIG. In addition, about the structure and effect | action similar to the said 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

In this second embodiment, the front sides of the support portions 58 and 59 of the cab reinforcing member 12 of the first embodiment are arranged along the front pillars 22 and 23, and the front header of the front side surface portion 18 is provided. Bolts 83 and 84 are respectively inserted into the insertion holes 81 and 82 when the cab reinforcing member 12 is attached to the cab body 11, and these bolts 83 and 84 protrude upward from the front end portion of the left side portion 26. The boss 85 provided and the boss 86 projecting from the left end of the left front pillar 22 and the left side of the front header 28 to the front of the left front pillar 22 are respectively screwed.

On the other hand, the support portion 59 has a right straight portion 91 that is linear in the front-rear direction from the right side of the roof panel 47 to the front end portion of the right side portion 27, and from the front end portion of the right straight portion 91 to the right front pillar 23. And a right fixed plate 93 is welded to the inner side.

The right curved portion 92 has a distal end portion extending below the left curved portion 72 along the right front pillar 23, and is positioned below the right side of the front header 28. That is, the right bending portion 92 has a larger amount of forward extension than the left bending portion 72.

The right fixing plate 93 includes a substantially horizontal right horizontal plate portion 94 positioned inside the right straight portion 91, and a straight line extending downward from the front end portion of the right horizontal plate portion 94. A right front plate portion 95 located on the inner side, a right extension plate portion 96 linearly extending downward from the lower end portion of the right front plate portion 95 and positioned on the inner side of the right curved portion 92, and the right extension plate A right distal end plate portion 97 linearly extending downward from the lower end portion of the portion 96 and positioned inside the right curved portion 92.

Insertion holes 101, 102, and 103 are formed in the vicinity of the rear end portion of the right horizontal plate portion 94, in the vicinity of the lower end portion of the right front plate portion 95, and in the vicinity of the lower end portion of the right front end plate portion 97, respectively. Bolts 105, 106, and 107 are inserted into the insertion holes 101, 102, and 103 when the cab reinforcing member 12 is attached to the cab body 11, and these bolts 105, 106, and 107 are inserted into the right side portion 27. A boss 108 protruding upward from the front end, a boss 109 protruding from the right end of the right front pillar 23 and the right side of the front header 28 to the front of the right front pillar 23, and below this boss 109 Each is screwed to a boss 110 protruding in front of the right front pillar 23.

When the cab reinforcing member 12 is attached to the cab body 11, the insertion holes 66 and 67 of the reinforcing plates 61 and 63 are inserted into the bosses 53 projecting from both side portions 26 and 27 of the ceiling portion 20 of the cab body 11. , 54 (FIG. 3), bolts 68, 69 are inserted into the insertion holes 66, 67 and screwed, and the insertion holes 81, 82 and the insertion holes 101, 102, 103 are respectively connected. When the cab reinforcing member 12 is attached to the cab body 11, the insertion holes 66 and 67 of the reinforcing plates 61 and 63 are inserted into the bosses 53 projecting from both side portions 26 and 27 of the ceiling portion 20 of the cab body 11. , 54 (FIG. 3), bolts 68, 69 are inserted into these insertion holes 66, 67 and screwed, respectively, and each bolt insertion hole 121, 122, 123 and each bolt insertion hole 131, 132 are inserted. , 133 are aligned with the bosses of the front pillars 22, 23, respectively, and the bolts 124, 125, 126 and the bolts 134, 135, respectively are inserted into the bolt insertion holes 121, 122, 123 and the bolt insertion holes 131, 132, 133, respectively. 136 is inserted and screwed, and bolts 144 and 145 are inserted into the bolt insertion holes 141 and 142 and screwed into the bosses of the front header 28, whereby the cab reinforcing member 12 is fixed to the cab body 11. The

As a result, the fixed portions 115 and 116 integrally provided on the support portions 58 and 59 are respectively fixed to both side edges on the front side of the skylight 48, and the fixed portions 115 and 116 are connected to each other. Since the portion 117 is fixed to the front edge of the skylight 48, the fixed portions 115 and 116 and the connecting portion 117 do not cover the skylight 48, and the operator's field of view can be secured, and the cab reinforcing member 12 as a whole As a result, the strength of the ceiling portion 20 of the cab body 11 can be improved even on the front side of the skylight 48, and the cab body 11 can be more reliably reinforced against the lateral load F (FIG. 3).

In the third embodiment, the shapes of the fixed portions 115 and 116 and the connecting portion 117 are not limited to the above configuration.

In each of the above embodiments, the cab reinforcing member 12 may be attached in advance so that it cannot be removed from the cab body 11.

Further, the cab 6 can be applied to any work machine other than the hydraulic excavator 1.
